We are so very happy with the level of service and speed we received from Premier Pools and Spa. It took a little under 3 months from dig day to complete our pool and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Premier Pools and Spa to build you dream pool!

Be careful with this company Premier Pools Pearland. We bought our pool in 2019. Everyone was “responsive,” helpful and especially professional of course, but after they got the last loan payment from us everything changed dramatically. No responded, no one returned phone calls, no one responded to emails, no one knows anything and it’s just always hard to get a hold of someone to get the right answer for our ongoing issues. So… here we are August 2022, we have been having an extreme grout problem or something that is spreading throughout our hot tub to include here and there throughout our pool. It’s ugly, very disgusting and embarrassing considering the money we paid for this pool and of course when we have guest over, of which we are too embarrassed to invite anyone over anymore. Now, coincidentally all of our pool lights have stopped working also, which of course we were told that “our warranty” for the lights just expired. So now we are literally swimming in the dark. Even when they were still under warranty, we had issues with the pool lights! The warranty company may be the problem here as well, they are very unprofessional and useless. It just may be the warranty company but Steve Unger of Premiere Pools Pearland has been aware of our ongoing issues, but with no such urgency or direction, especially no ending result of what we initially wanted and paid for. Shop around before committing to Premiere Pools Pearland, hopefully all of these pool companies do not operate in this fashion after they get your last loan payment.

We got an excellent service from Premier Pools and Spas. Brian M. and Rodney S. were so patient and accommodating with all the designs we want for our pool and it was executed perfectly. Pool was completed in a timely and questions were addressed right away.

We had wonderful experience with Premier pool custom pool construction. Brian Matney worked with us very closely from get go, very pleasant person, His first design was the most suitable design for our backyard due to easement limitation etc and he did great job in transforming it in to this beautiful view as seen in pictures.
Max is the onsite manger, again another very pleasant person to work with. He was very responsive and kept us informed every single thing anticipated and when it would be done, He also ensured all those things were done pretty much on the day quoted from get go. Never expected this level of accuracy in pool construction business .
Brian and Max did phenomenal job all through the process, Have to command for their communication.
We are very happy that we trusted premier pool's with our pool construction. Premier pools definitely exceeded all the expectations and we love the result.

I could not be happier with the entire experience of getting my pool. From beginning to end my salesman Daniel Wright & my contractor Gary Cortez were on point. They answered all my questions & concerns. They were extremely informative. They returned all my calls & kept with their schedules. The only delays there were was when the weather didn’t cooperate. Gary Cortez made my experience the absolute best. He was by far the Best Contractor that I have ever dealt with. He made me aware of things that I would not have known had he didn’t mention them. He truly was My Hero! I trusted him completely & I made a forever friend. I strongly recommend him. I’m not sure who his boss is but he needs a raise!

We had a great experience with Premier Pools as first time pool buyers! They were very helpful in explaining all the steps that would be taken while the pool was being built! I didn’t realize how many options there were as to what can be done with a pool and I loved them taking their time in going over everything with me! I highly recommend anyone that is thinking about getting a pool to talk to them first!

Premier Pools & Spas Houston is a great company! We went with them because not only are they a well named company throughout our neighborhood, they also have the best reputation we’ve come across in our area. Kyle will design your backyard into a private resort that you will never want to leave. Paul’s concerns for great customer service and satisfaction is undoubtably one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The different contractors we’ve met throughout the build speak highly of the company and the company’s work ethics! All construction jobs may experience problems, but the way Premier Pools & Spas work through the problems solidifies why they have one of the highest reputations nationwide. We could have saved money with a company that was cheaper but instead we are satisfied with our decision for choosing a quality pool company! We highly recommend them for any outdoor needs; especially for a high-quality, top-notch pool! More to come!

This is our 2nd time using Premier Pools out of Pearland and Matt Unger has been our designer both times. Our last pool had some issues during the build, but the pool turned out great. This time though, with over 6 inches of rain directly after rebar was installed, Darryl (our pool foreman) came out and pumped it out. Gunite was shot 4 days later. As with any new build, there are always issues that arise, and so far Matt and Darryl have resolved them as quickly as possible. Easy to get a hold of and they listen to our concerns. Looking good so far, and hoping to swim before summer ends. More to come at the end of the project. Thanks Matt and Darryl.

Premier did a fabulous job on my pool. They designed and delivered exactly what I wanted. I worked with Ron on the design. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything more. He didn’t push me to include a hot tub or lots of “bells and whistles”. I wanted a simple pool for my family that left enough yard for pets. The tile and other finishes are just gorgeous. The staff at Premier helped with those choices. When it came to construction, Cody was responsive and stayed on top of all the different r crews and details. Both Cody and Ron kept me informed as to what was next etc. I highly recommend them. I have attached pictures but they don’t capture the beauty of the tile and pebble finish. The lighting in the pool is spectacular. My bubblers are the perfect finishing touch.

Brian was our designer and was very knowledgeable about what pool equipment was created Amazing pool design. He was able to accommodate and guide us at every turn.

MAX WAS AWESOME as our construction project manager.
Max was present for every stage of the construction. He looked over the work to ensure construction was done correctly. Max was able to make changes in real-time. He looked over the pool design and provided us with helpful addition that we might have missed or don't know about from his pool building experience.

Thank you Steven Garcia for making our pool dreams a reality! So many things - taking our ideas and drawing up the design, choosing materials, hooking us up with Tricia Frederick at Frost Bank for financing, assigning Max Gracia as our amazing project manager, introducing Jose Lopez for our pergola build, and being quick to respond to all our (my) texts. We broke ground on March 1, stuck to the construction schedule, and took our first plunge on June 1. Thank you for your guidance and referrals but especially for maintaining the client relationship - which is definitely why we chose Premier to build our pool. It is everything we wanted!

EXCELLENT service! The project manager, Louis did an excellent job of communicating throughout the entire process! He's also very patient at explaining and re-explaining the pools do's and dont's for newbies!

Beautiful pool design and we do love it. But DO NOT cut final payment until ALL work is done and complete. We have struggled to get timely follow up and resolve to our existing concerns. Be sure as a first time pool
Owner to ask detail questions and be on site to oversee ALL the work of the third party contractors. See example of junction box that was not designed in original scope of work they presented to us. I understand it’s needed but feel strongly changes should be communicated to your clients.
We are reasonable people, had they communicated to us, maybe we could have prevented the frustration we are experiencing. We’ve had to pay additional monies to have relocated and this is the result. They cut the structure in half (as you can see it’s not even straight) and left it. The third party contractors they use do not clean up after themselves nor do they or premier pools communicate timeline of work. I came home one day to find a man in the pool, with an hatchet, in my pool! It really startled me. He was here to follow up on imperfections in the plaster, but again no communication and startling.
Again our pool is beautiful but the lack of follow up on complete customer satisfaction has been highly disappointing. No ownership or accountability.., writing a review for future buyers because as of today, there has been no follow up from their general manger or salesman.

A huge shoutout to Darrel, our Project Manager, whose knowledge and attention to detail ensured that everything went smoothly. He kept us informed and made sure every aspect of the project was handled with care. Josh P. was outstanding, his patience was unmatched as he answered every single one of our questions, no matter how many we had! And Dora, the Office Manager, was phenomenal, sending us detailed emails that kept us in the loop every step of the way. Luis, he was great! He reconstructed our fence very quickly!

The entire crew worked quickly and efficiently, yet never cut corners. They were mindful of debris, mud, and the overall mess, doing their best to clean up at the end of each day. It was refreshing to see such a hardworking, dedicated team.

If you're looking for a professional, reliable, and transparent pool company, I highly recommend Premier Pools of Pearland. They truly go above and beyond!

We had are back yard transformed by Premier Pool And Spas .. It looks amazing.. they all worked with us every step of the way.. And the project Manager Lewis Puentes. He was always there, answering questions the whole 9 yards… definitely if you are think about get a pool this is the company and definitely ask for Lewis to be your PM..

Rick knew what we wanted even when we didn’t know. As first time Pool buyers, Rick made the process exceptional and seamless. His listening skills, attention to detail and knowledge, allowed us to feel comfortable with our decision to invest in our pool. From the consultation/design meeting up to post-construction, Rick demonstrated patience with our questions and responded quickly to our calls/concerns. He was the consummate professional from beginning to end. We are extremely grateful for his guidance through the entire process. Our excellent experience with Premiere Pools and Rick, confirmed we made the right decision on our pool investment.

I had a wonderful experience working with Premier Pools and Spas throughout the pool design and construction process. The entire process was completed in just over two months and we incorporated some non-traditional pool components (chiller, in floor, salt, etc.) and are very satisfied with the final results!

Sales Process (Steven) - Steven was an absolute pleasure to work with during the sales process. We contacted four large, established custom pool builders (didn't want to work with a boutique builder that may not be around in 10 years). Steven was very consultative and collaborative, never got the feeling he was trying to sell us something or push products. He was very responsive and proactively produced multiple design ideas so we had something to react to. Importantly, he was very knowledgeable about the pool build process (so he set accurate expectations) and educated us on various pool build options (i.e., in floor system, chiller, salt cell, etc.). He willingly incorporated our design ideas and seamlessly put everything together for our HOA (it was nice that I didn't have to be involved with that). He was available for consultation throughout the build process (when we made a last-minute plaster upgrade).

Construction Process (Gary) - Similar to the sales process, Gary was phenomenal to work with during the construction process. He kept us well-informed about the build process (weekly emails), was on-site often to verify quality of work (multiple times per week, as the project required), and was readily available for consultation (we made several design changes during the build process). At no time did I ever feel like I needed to chase him down or wonder what was going on with the build process! To the extent possible, all of the subcontractors were very tidy and tried to pick up miscellaneous trash that inevitably accumulated. Further, there were never any issues with any of the subcontractors and the many I interacted with were very pleasant to be around. It was a very interesting process to see our pool come to life and sincerely appreciated all of the insights Gary provided throughout the process - he is definitely very knowledgeable and willing to educate customers (which was very much appreciated as we are first time pool owners).

Starting the pool/Warranty work (Javier) - Javier did a great job with "Pool School" and I learned quite a bit. Definitely recommend taking some notes because there is a lot of information to retain! Javier happy answered questions after the pool was started as I rounded out my notes in an attempt to be self-sufficient. Regarding warranty work, the deck (expectedly) settled and they promptly scheduled the "repair" for a few of the travertine tiles. The only other minor issue was wiring for the salt cell; once I initiated the process it was taken care of within a couple of days. At this point my pool has been up and running for approximately 6 months and everything works great!

All in all, I would highly recommend the Premier Pools and Spas team for your new pool, and in particular the folks referenced above. I am happy to serve as a reference for anyone that is considering using Premier Pools and Spas.

So I had an amazing experience! My salesperson Cody was great always available to take my call and was with me every step of the way. I had 3 quotes, Premier, Blue Haven and Anthony Silvan. We ended up going with Premier and so happy that we did. The construction phase was smooth for the most part, we did have a few hiccups but honestly the company went above and beyond to take care of us. It’s also construction hiccups are expected. Darrell the construction manager and Lewis were great and a pleasure to work with. I recently sent an email over the weekend telling them that my pool light wasn’t working and they literally came Monday first thing. Turns out it was just the circuit that tripped no biggie. Dora the office manager was amazing honestly she was so nice and easy to work with and was on it when it came to communication. I wanted my pool done by July 4th and they made it happen! They were able to build my pool in 4 weeks which is unheard of and not the norm. I would 1000 percent use them again!! Thank you so much for giving us such an amazing pool!

We had Premier Pools and Spas design and build our pool this year. The process was very good and they completed ahead of schedule. We started construction in February and we were swimming by the beginning of May. I had heard a lot of people say that it takes about 6 months to build a inground pool. The team at Premier did a great job scheduling the construction and finished before summer. I am very please with my pool. Thanks Brian and Darrell I really appreciate all the hard work. I highly recommend Premier Pools and Spas in Pearland.
