Wow! What a great experience with a contractor! Karl representative, arrived on schedule, had most of the preliminary survey or measurements already completed. Karl explained all the new materials, what they recommended and even items he didn't think we needed. The contract was extremely easy, all on -line, he explained the office would call with a schedule, their office called within a few days, got it scheduled. The crew showed up as scheduled, extremely polite, covered all the plants, A/C unit, plastic down to catch most of the mess, nails etc. The foreman did the attic check twice, made sure all the vents were connected, attic was in good shape, no leaks, damage etc. Finished in one, roof looks amazing! If i hadn't know we had a new roof installed I could not have notice they had even been there. Also, we had 100' of new 6" gutters and down spouts installed. Again, a wonderful job from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bay Area Roofers to any and everyone.

We used Bay Area Roofing for our new roof installed yesterday. They were competitively priced, and included windstorm certification in their bid. They were timely in completing the project from the day we signed the contract to the date work was completed. The roof was completed in a day, and they cleaned up to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

Met with Karl for a quote for a new roof on Monday June 18th, signed the contract. The next morning Jesus' crew arrived at 6:30am. Finished the roof around 4pm. His crew is AWESOME! Have not seen or found 1 nail around the house. We cannot be happier with the new roof, everything from start to finish is professional, top notch. We live 2 miles west of the Wind Storm line. They build the room to wind code regardless, hand nailed with 6 nails for nothing extra. To some that may not be important but to us it was huge. Other companies I received quotes from didn't even offer that or wanted extra money to do the same.

I am usually skeptical when a quote is lower than the others, but since Bar Area Roofers have many great reviews, I decided to go with them. I couldn't be happier. They arrived on time and finished in a day (we have a reasonably large house). They put down tarps to catch the debris and did a good job of cleaning up. I mentioned to them that I found a few nails in the yard, and another guy was out within the hour, going over the yard again with the big magnet picking up nails. I won't know until we have a good rain if there are any leaks, but they have a 10-year warranty, and I am sure if there are any leaks, they will be right out to fix them.

Best home repair experience I've ever had. Customer support and service is excellent. They replaced my entire roof working around my complicated schedule. After they finished up, I did a walk around for typical damage. They had already identified items to address and were taken care of in 1 day. They didn't ask for payment until it was all taken care of. Great materials, great workers, can't beat execution and service like this. They handled all aspects of this job. Without a doubt I will return to Bay Area Roofers for future roofing and gutter work.

Riley was especially helpful — he thoroughly explained each line item on the estimate and answered all our questions during the bidding process. He also recommended replacing the existing turbine vent with a new box vent, which offered greater simplicity and durability. Their quote was both reasonable and affordable. On the day of the job, their crew laid out plastic sheeting around the yard to catch removed shingles and tar paper. They worked carefully and took special care not to damage the bushes and plants surrounding our home.
After the work was completed, their cleanup was thorough—they performed a full magnet sweep and cleared out the gutters.

I received a detailed, competitive quote within a couple days of requesting it. Also good follow through from Aaron to answer my questions before signing the contract. Re-roof was done efficiently and with excellent quality. Special care taken to make sure all was well in the attic with water heaters and other vents. I requested an appointment for an estimate and Karl showed up right on time and provided a brochure with all of the information about the products and procedures. He sent a detailed estimated that I accepted and I was put on the schedule.
