This one isn’t as obvious as the Custer Road transfer station. As you approach the building, go to the left. You’ll wait for the attendant. Make sure your vehicle hugs the right curb so you leave enough room for garbage trucks, and other vehicles,

You will be directed around to the back of the building and drop the solid waste off just inside the large rollup door.

Not a bad idea to wear a mask as the smells can be overpowering.

Check-in attendant was extremely rude and refused to help. Website states a utility bill is required to show proof of residence, when I tried to show an electricity bill she rudely demanded that it needed to be a water bill. No where is it stated it needs to be a water bill. I asked what if I live in an apartment, she said then I have to pay full price. I am confused as to why seeing how I have proof of residency in one of the qualifying cities. Wasted time and money going here. Plus finding the check-in window was a hassle.

I would avoid this location if at all possible or hope not to get help from the older lady with brown hair.

Plano may be the happiest place to live but don't try to drop your trash off here. They only accept certain “household” items and go thru your trash telling you what they won’t take. I pay Plano’s outrageous water bill that’s supposed to get you 2 trips to the xfer station a month but they don’t really want you to come here. 1 star or less

If I could give extra stars I would because they are the best Lawncare service I have had since I have been here in eagle pass Texas and I really appreciate the help that I received from Hector ( he did a fantastic job) and it amazed me how well they take this Texas heat Hot weather ( especially now that it’s closer to the summer months)! He works hard. And does a great job!!

Javier and Sheila came and trimmed a tree in our front yard and did a really good job.

We really love how they acquiesced to any last minute inputs we had their we some trees that we were worried about hitting the roof, but they exemplified that they've been in this business for awhile because they used some ropes and it was cool how they guided them down.

I wholeheartedly recommend them!!

We were looking for an experienced landscaper to address some major concerns we had about our extensive flower beds and the berm around our pool. One company that we contacted really didn't listen to what our preferences were and came up with an unrecognizable plan. The second one wouldn't give us a plan without paying for it ahead of time and charging us even more if we wanted to make significant changes, whatever that means. A referral sent us to Kevin at Pro Cut Lawn Care and Landscape and we immediately knew that he was a professional that would listen to and work toward our vision of our project. What we didn't count on, and was impressed by, was his ability to integrate his vision with ours of what could become of our mess. And we felt even more confident in this company as Kevin worked alongside his crew to make it all happen. So now we have the "peaceful" setting perfectly fulfilling our request with the incredible beauty and changes that he envisioned. We are so happy that we didn't settle for a less experienced and attentive provider and relieved that his company will help us maintain the look.

Stay away, horrible company to deal with. God forbid you have to call the office, they're rude and it took them 9 days to return my call.

These people don't respect people's property and don't understand trespassing. They repeatedly trespass onto my property and kill my grass with their lawn scalping techniques. BEWARE

I have used Pro cut for 27 years. Kevin (owner of the company) has always gone out of his way to help me with lawn, tree, and landscape issues.

Awful customer service. We would ask for a service and they would never do it. Had to keep track of their time because they would try to over-bill. broke my fence trying to get a huge riding mower in mack yard and dented my garage door. Not worth the price.

It's great to know the workers are so wonderful at their job. They must always be on time as well since they speed down 75 going about 90 switching in and out of lanes.

I cancelled my service with them at the beginning of September. 2 weeks later I saw them on my Nest camera mowing my lawn. I called them immediately and they stated I would not be billed and they would make sure that I was taken off the list. 2 weeks later, there they are on my camera again. I contacted them over text and got a snarky response in all caps that "I HAD IT CANCELLED I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT WE ARE INTEGRATING INTO NEW EMPLOYEES AND COMPUTER SOFTWARE YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS AND I APOLOGIZE FOR ANY AND ALL INCONVENIENCES." That was on 9/23. Today, 10/10 I got an email receipt from them that they had charged my card for $65.

This is absolutely horrible customer service. I understand glitches here and there but I have now contacted them FOUR times to cancel my service.

We are dealing with this company for our landscape maintenance, all is well no question. We contracted with them after installing a pool to do our back yard landscaping. Very happy about the result, on time, on budget, flexibility, responsiveness.

We just started using Pro Cut last month and had an issue. We contacted the office and the issue has been resolved yard looks better than ever. We live on Westridge Golf Course and compete with very particular neighbors for the best lawn. Thank you for your services!!!

I have to ask, is it the client's responsibility to pay more because it takes the company longer to cut your grass based on the equipment THEY have available at the time? Is this common in the lawn care business? Both times they cut our lawn, there were places completely misses and ignored. Not happy with the customer service here. Not worth $100/hour, and don't be fooled, because that's what you'll be charged if they show up with push mowers instead of the rider ("because it was not available ") and that's your responsibility as the customer.
Anyone, please correct me if I'm being to harsh here.

As a contractor, I come across alot of different people in the home improvement space. I couldn’t put into words how blown away I have been with the professionalism and quality of work from Kevin and Pro Cut. I refer them to all of my clients and friends. This is a quality company!
