I don’t have the energy to go into what and how Todd treated my parents ….. did not fix the problem and now he won’t even take their
Calls ….. now they have a bigger problem ….

Todd had done work for us last year and did a great job! This year I have left two VM and not even an acknowledgment. Moving on to somebody else.

Called Friday morning to have someone check my AC. My call went to voicemail and I left a message. I received a text a few minutes later stating " Afraid I'm not available today...very sorry. Koolkoncepts." Whoever sent the text didn't bother to (A) let me know when they WILL BE available and (B) didn't call back or text either. So they lost a potential customer. Some of these 5 Star ratings must be BOGUS! So they definitely lost a new customer as I scheduled with someone else. I anticipated they would be busy and couldn't come same day. Maybe he didn't like the sound of my voice.

Thank you Todd and Kool Koncepts! Came home from work and it was hotter inside than outside, a/c blowing warm air. Call to Kool Koncepts and a/c is back up and running in no time. Thank you thank you!! Highly recommended!!
