EDIT: Samm's does a great job of working to make things right. They came back out to address the issue, found my system is a little different than the norm, and took steps to solve it. Unfortunately, the weather changed within a few days, so while I have seen some improvement, I won't know for sure that it's fixed until the fall.

I was initially very pleased with Samm’s service. Then I needed a new hvac system and the problems began… one after another. After install, they had to come out several times to fix issues that should have been addressed during the install - and some visits were focused on fixing what others did or didn’t do. Several months later, after a cold spell, I’m having issues with my heat where the upstairs heats about 5 degrees higher than it should. They just left, saying there’s nothing they can do… maybe I should build a wall(!). Now I need to spend $ to have another company come evaluate the system and possibly replace the system that was installed last July. What a waste of time and $$$!!! Save yourself some headaches and find another company to work with.

I was more than pleased with Josh’s performance. He was very competent and thoroughly explained what he did to fix the unit. He was efficient, polite and friendly. I will definitely be using Samm’s from now on.

These guys have been taking care of my HAC system for years. Always amicable, always on point, and always doing an amazing job. Their staff is amazing as well. Don’t hesitate to call them. They always make sure you are a happy recurrent customer.

Javier was prompt, courteous and efficient. As this was an annual maintenance call I can’t really speak to the success of his visit, except to say that the heater is still working perfectly! We have used Samm’s for years and have always been very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend this company for your heating and air needs.

Samm's has been servicing my HVAC for years and, since they've started working on it, it has been performing perfectly. I found Samms after several other companies couldn't seem to figure out an issue with the furnace. I now have a maintenance plan with them and while my older system has needed a few tiny repairs and tweaks - nothing major - over the years and their pricing is fair and the techs are friendly and seem very honest. Have recommended them to several friends and they've all had the same experience.

Excellent customer service as always. The most honest ac heating company around. They are never trying to upsell or be pushy. Dillon Chandler Has been a tech a couple of times. He is fantastic very knowledgeable and meticulous. Would definitely ask for him to come out. Great customer experience

Found that my air conditioner was not working and called Samm's at 4:50. They were still able to help and Tyler was dispatched. He arrived promptly and began working. Found two blown parts and had me back up and running quickly. Tyler was very professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. Best service team ever.
