I recently hired Tree Care Plano for a major pruning job, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their team was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They handled the job with precision, ensuring the health and aesthetics of my trees were maintained. Cleanup was thorough, leaving my yard spotless. Excellent service at a fair price—highly recommend to anyone needing reliable tree care!

So very impressed with this company! Tree Care Plano were super responsive to set everything up. The tree trimmer and his field team were reliable, quick, and clearly good at what they do. Everyone was professional and also so pleasant.
I'd reached out to two other highly-reviewed tree trimming services: one never bothered to call me back to set up an estimate (I spoke to them twice) and the other was a no-showed twice! Tree Care Plano, though, showed up 15-min early for the free estimate and then returned later that day to do the job. (tree trimming on several trees in the front yard and removal of an old oak tree) The project manager was available via messaging/phone for updates and any questions. And he even messaged after the job to make sure we were happy! Hands down, would use them again for any trimming or stump removal in Texas.

Great experience! Professional and kind when on the phone with them. They gave me a reasonable quote and offered very flexible time frames. Overall, customer service was great

We have used Tree Service Pros of Plano several times for tree trimming and removal. They have always done a great job for us at a very reasonable price.

Had storm damage a couple weeks ago and these guys came out quick and did a great job at removing the broken limbs and the fallen tree blocking the driveway. Professional, courteous and great pricing. Will return for future business.

Wonderful service. The gentleman was sincere on the call and helped me with cutting down my tree easily, affordable and came at a decent hour. Trees were overgrown and he helped a ton! I highly recommend using them for your tree service needs.

From the initial inquiry to the completion of the job, the team was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the service.

Not only did they do an excellent job with my huge Cedar Elm, but they also took the time to answer all of my questions, provide me with valuable advice on tree care, and ensure that the entire process went smoothly. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

I had to call to get an oak tree trimmed down before it cause some serious damage to my house. I called and they were there within the hour and had the tree trimmed in less than 2 hours. They were quick and efficient, I really appreciate y’all coming down today.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the tree service provided. The team exhibited expertise in tree care, ensuring a safe and efficient removal process. Their attention to detail, promptness, and overall professionalism make them a top choice for any tree-related needs. Five stars without hesitation!

Unbelievable disorganization and incompetence from the people who run this company. My dealings with them were a hassle from beginning to end. Some of the problems were a lack of communication, showing up without notice, failing to mark which trees to work on -- which meant the field crews didn't know what they were supposed to do, problems with billing, and the arrogance from the management.

Believe it or not, when I complained to one of the supervisors about this company's incompetence, one of the owners showed up to my door and yelled at me for being frustrated with them, and then threatened to dump a truck load of debris in my driveway and abandon the project. The sheer arrogance of this man was shocking when he should have been humble instead -- recognizing that his customer was unhappy with their lack of professional work.

I regret hiring this company for the work I needed done. I will never use them again, nor will I recommend this company to anyone needing work done on their trees.

Words cannot describe what a great job you guys did! I am very pleased with the work that was done…10/10 on price, debris clean up, and punctuality. I was able to get both my trees removed in my backyard within 72 hours! Great job gentleman!

I have lived in Texas for 34 years and have never come across a tree company so professional. The majority of people I have used in the past tend to be companies who may have just stumbled across a chainsaw and a beat up old truck and decided to start a tree company. Tree Service Pros of Plano is a master of their craft whether that's tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, they are the best ! Their sales men are knowledgeable and fair. Their technicians are the equivalent of surgeons in their field. My home always looks beautiful thanks to these guys. Don't use that random guy that knocks on your door because chances are he’s not licensed or insured! If he gets hurt you will foot the bill. Use the true professional of the trade Tree Service Pros of Plano. You won’t be disappointed with them.

I had a terrible experience with Tree Service Pros of Plano. They arrived hours late without any notice and seemed completely disorganized. The crew damaged my roof and gutters while trimming the trees and left debris scattered all over my yard. Despite repeated calls, the management was unresponsive and unapologetic. I regret hiring them and would never recommend their services to anyone.
