Scheduled an appointment with these folks and took the day off work....only to find out the lady forgot to put us on the schedule. All she said was..." I guess I messed up...sorry.". Said no one was working today. Now I'm scrambling trying to find another plumber.

We spent over $400 for nothing. Our shower dripped so the cartridge was replaced. It worked for 60 days and of course, the 30 day warranty ( their words) was over. In addition, the shower head was scratched badly when it was attached. Now we still have a dripping AND ugly shower head. Second task was to replace an outside kitchen faucet. The problem with this is that now the faucet is crooked and doesn’t work properly. It was attached without centering. Third task, our outside faucet which attaches to the house leaks. He said that he would be back and fix it free. Never saw him. When I called to ask about the problems, the girl who answered the phone gave me at least 10 excuses. I finally told her that I would get another plumber, which we have. I should have listened to others in our neighborhood and not used this company. Lesson learned.😤😩

Called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate three days in advance. was told someone would call when they were on their way. I called the day of the appointment just to verify. When I spoke to the lady she didn't even remember who I was or what I needed. Our call was dropped. I waited for her to return my call, which I would have done if I was trying to earn someone's business, but, three hours later I called her back. Reached her voicemail, left a message and now, the next day, I still haven't heard back from her. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to calling. VERY, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you can't keep an appointment or call someone back, I sure don't want you doing any work for me.
