Reviews of local pros in Quitman, Texas

Crockett Plumbing! Reliable and knowledgeable professionals can make all the difference when it comes to plumbing issues.

Called midmorning, the lady took our info and said she would pass it to the plumber. Brandon called around noon the same day and said he would be there shortly They arrived and cleared the clog quickly. The charges were not over the top. Very nice and professional.

I called these folks to clear a drain on my commode explaining that I am home bound and have only one bathroom. The lady I spoke with seemed to understand and told me that the crew was on another job but she thought they could come later in the afternoon. She asked if I was the home owner and I said no but that I would be responsible for the charges. They did not show up that day or the next nor did I receive a call from them. I had to call another plumber which left me holding the bag for more than 24 hours. Very poor (non) service. NO STARS.

Hired this plumber to attach a box for a washer and fix a drain. Not only was the repair something I could have done myself, He refused to go under the house so we had to pay a contractor to open up our floor for over a week, but when the contractor came to close the floor he touched the "repaired" drain, he realized the pipe was not even connect to the drain and it was clogged with dirt and sludge. At best he didn't notice or at worst he didn't care to fix the real problem, either way he is incompetent, and negligent. Refused to finish the job or even speak to our contractor, hid behind office secretary. Will not hire again or recommend to any one for any repair. Too bad I can't post negative stars.

Fast and efficient! Best prices around. Very professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service.

Such a good experience when it’s with real professionals. Not only fixed sinks and shower but also caught a leaky water heater that I had missed. Could have been catastrophic in an older home with no drain to the outside. I’ll never use “handymen” again when it comes to plumbing! Thank you!

Crockett Plumbing
My hot water heater was leaking and only luke warm water was coming out. Crockett Plumbing
was recommended by a friend. I contacted Mr. Crockett and he came to inspect and quote
the work needed along with a new water heater. He came the same day I had contacted him
and stated he would be able to install a new heater the very next day. He arrived at the
time he had promised, removed the old and installed the new in with highly professional means.
He and his assistent were extremely courteous, observent of their surrounds and insured
that all items of trash was cleared and removed at the completion of the job.
I have great hot water now and thank them for the quick response and professional job.

They came promptly when I called. Worked quickly to fix my issue. Had to come back for another repair. Showed up when they said. I am very pleased that they show up when they say and they don’t waste time. Very friendly. I would highly recommend this company

Brandon and his team showed up on time, had clear communication throughout the entire process, and performed very high quality work for my newly remodeled home. Highly recommend Crockett Plumbing if you’re in East Texas!

Bought a dishwasher from Home Depot, and Home Depot showed up to install it twice and found different reasons they couldn’t install it. After their second failed attempt I called Crockett and they were at house within 20 minutes and installed the dishwasher with no problems AND they did it for $100 less than Home Depot would’ve charged. Highly recommend.

Great communication, great service and an honest price. Highly recommend Crockett Plumbing!

After calling two other plumbers who were unable to diagnose my issue, I called Crockett plumbing and they came out the very next day, found my issue and fixed it. Next time I know I'll only make one call and that's to Crockett plumbing. Professional and extremely knowledgeable.
