NexGen was great. Cory (the technician) was great. He was careful, thoughtful, and he explained everything well. He worked hard to give us what we needed. Crystal (front desk) was also very helpful and clear.

Cotey and Koltan were really awesome! They got the job done well, (Yay, Heat!!) And they also had great attitudes doing it. Very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and informed us of future maintenance options as well. We definitely found our AC/Heater people for life! Thanks you guys!

John came and diagnosed my heating Issue quickly and very efficiently As well as taking care of it immediately.

What’s the gentleman’s name that just came out I would like to give him a review…(Cory) He gave it to me, but I forgot it. He was great help to me today and handled everything for me to get my units replaced. He really did a great job. He did all the work all I had to do was apply for Credit he did the rest. I’m thrilled to do business with the company. I got VIP treatment today. I am one happy customer.

We had John out today to take a look at our aging system, he was great! We highly recommend! He is very knowledgeable, kind and takes his time to explain what he found. He went over options with us and we look forward to being a customer for life.

Ryan and his team at NexGen Comfort services were amazing from start to finish. I had to replace my entire indoor and outdoor units. Not something I planned on doing,but it had to be done. I received amazing information on exactly what was wrong with my 19 year old system. It was not in good working order. After my option were explained to me, I decided to finance and book an appointment to have everything replaced(new indoor and outdoor units as well as relocation of of the unit itself to make everything more efficient) Ryan's team arrived in less than 48 hours to replace everything. These guys worked from about 8am to almost 2am getting everythingperfect. The temperatures were well over 100 degrees so they needed to take breaks to cool down. They are all amazing and if you are needing A/C work or repair, I highly recommend them. I am amazed how a team can work so great together to accomplish such a major task. You will not be disappointed in the quality. At the end of the day you want your money's worth. They definitely put in the time and effort to make it exactly how I envisioned it. Thanks again Next Gen Comfort Services. 5 stars all the way. We will stay cool for years to come now!! Really appreciate ya'll. I mean it. Stay cool!!!!!!

What a Team!
These guys showed up at 7AM and worked tirelessly for 14 hours to replace 2 HVAC systems.
Their demeanor was always friendly yet very professional and efficient with their specific tasks at hand. (There were 4 technicians here working).
All remnants and debris were removed from the property and the house was left as clean as they found it.
From Financing to installation this company is what all customers are searching for in a business and large item household expense.
Straight forward, honest, professional and patient with multiple questions being asked of them.
Impressive and that’s hard to find in today’s society.

Cory was absolutely awesome!!! He explained to me what exactly needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My unit is working like I never had a problem. I will recommend Cory to all my associates. Fantastic job CORY!!!!

I have an old furnace in my house that was put in February 2001 and it stopped heating on me so I call the warranty company And they assign Nexgen comfort services to check on the furnace. The specialist that came out was Cotey Cross And he troubleshooting the furnace ordered the parts and now the furnace runs just like it was brand new again. Cotey was very respectful and friendly and if you ever have a problem with your system, heating or cooling call NexGen and ask for Cotey.

Just had both my downstairs and upstairs units replaced a few days ago by NexGen. Ryan was great in explaining the various options and made me feel extremely comfortable with the options we ended up choosing.

The techs (Omar, Michael and Eric) that did the removal and install were very professional and did a great job. They were even extremely accommodating to the fur babies that instinctively took the to supervisory role they were born to play.

I would 100% recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. 10/10 because 5 just doesn't cut it.

This company is legendary! They are quick to respond, professional, ethical, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care. I had a service tech in route to my home to fix my furnace and his truck broke down. Crystal who was amazing, called to let me know that another technician would be there soon. It was only hour later and Alexander came to save the day. He put shoe covers on to protect my flooring, he fixed the problem quickly and answered all my questions. I will be getting an annual maintenance contract with this company. It’s hard to find ethical, professional and knowledgeable contractors you can trust in your home. They have me for life! 10 out of 10!! Thank you!

Nexgen Comfort Services has amazing employees and office staff. Omar and Eric came out and fixed my ac unit which included adding a register to my daughter’s room. They took their time and did a wonderful job. They were careful and respectful of my home and cleaned up behind their work, and left no mess behind. The office staff was so kind and worked with my schedule and helped me with each step of the process explaining everything I was nervous about. I would 10/10 recommend.

Always like working with these folks. Very professional very friendly and will give you the best price. Had additional vent put in sunroom, & they fixed one that was put in previously that did not work too well! Omar and Eric are great to work with. They do a good job and are wonderful about cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them!
