Crockett Plumbing has always been there when I've needed them. Very professional and prompt. We have used them many times and we refer them to all our family and friends. Great reliable company.

We have used and recommended Crockett plumbing for years and they have not disappointed. Great service great quality work and great people to talk to. If anybody says different they are either the competition or just trolls looking looking to discredit this company. I as a company owner I know this happens and has happen to me.

Crockett Plumbing has been my plumber for 15 plus years. That in itself should speak volumes. They are professional, courteous, and affordable. I will give recommend to anyone that needs a top notch plumbing company.

My master bath sinks were plugged Crockett plumbing came out right away and had them fixed In a hurry. They were very knowledgeable and also gave us some things we could do to keep this problem from happening again in the future. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing issues. This is the second time we have used them and they have been wonderful.

We recently had Crockett Plumbing do a small job replacing our old bathtub/shower fixtures, as our splitter was leaking. They were very professional and friendly over the phone leading up to our appointment, and even scheduled a free consultation before they did the work. Brandon came by with his son to take a look at what they needed to do to complete the job and offered us various options. We were able to make an informed decision based on what would work for what we already had in place, and even installed an access panel free of charge for better access to our pipes in the future! My wife was there for the work, and I arrived home later to enjoy a wonderful shower with full water pressure on a new shower head that works perfectly! We also weren’t blind sided by any extra charges, and they offered a military discount, as I am an Air Force veteran!
I highly recommend Crockett Plumbing if you live in the Quitman/Mineola area! We have found our new go to plumbing company! Hire them and find out for yourself!

I haven't had their services yet (pending scheduling app) but I can tell them actually being from the 903 area, they will do the best they can to help. Plus, reading all these positive reviews really eases my mind. My Home Warranty sent out A/C people (NOT THIS COMPANY) and the owner was beyond rude and wouldn't even give me some type of diagnosis paperwork so if I chose to use his services, I would be able to explain it to my husband. (The way the A/C people spoke was almost like a second language lol) The owner just typed a simple email and had told me 1 thing in person then the email said something completely different. Beyond Frustrating.

My husband and I both work for EMS for the 903 area and I love that our community cares for first responders when WE are the ones in need.
For now I'll give them 5 stars and return after they schedule and update my review and rating! As of right now, they get a thumbs up in my opinion! :]

UPDATE:
I had my appointment and this whole company is a breath of fresh air. Scott came out and explained everything and listened to my concerns. He even wore little shoe covers to not dirty our house! Rochelle in the office was so sweet to schedule around my 3 year old's nap! The fix was very easy and emailed me the estimate while he was standing in my house. This company made it beyond easy and made us feel like family. Very much worth 5 star rating.

Cory took great care of us and was able to diagnose and fix our heater issue in 1 day!

Cotey was extremely knowledgeable about the AC unit and issues causing the HVAC to stop working. He walked us through the problem and repairs. Great service!

Edit: what I thought was a good deal, turned out to be worse. Things changed that didn't need to be. I trusted the recommendations and experience behind the proposal, but i wasn't explained the circumstances behind mixing blends. Basically ruining my system and significantly decreasing its life span. My system has failed two times since. We will be lucky to get through September. Mixing nu22 and r22 is not right. We were better off replacing the unit like we will be doing now.

Advice. Research and ask for explanations. Get itemized proposals to understand how and what youre paying for. Will be listed on BBB, so you dont have to learn the hard way.

Cotey and Kolton were great at quickly isolating my heating issue and quickly explaining and remedying what was needed. I liked them so much I purchased their maintenance package.
