I couldn’t believe that I could end up getting a complete new AC system after my pretty bad hail damage destroyed my roof. But MARK came up and introduced himself, and looked at my system, and I ended up getting an entire new system put in! And they did the work quickly, and with great quality. I’m totally satisfied with everything that they have done and I would highly highly recommend that you use this company. Friendly, fast, and quality work at a normal price, or below!

Absolutely wonderful service! Called them and the technician arrived within 20 minutes. Explained everything in great detail and also went over some useful maintenance tips. Highly recommend!

Update to post below: I woke up first thing this morning to a phone call from Chuck the owner of the company. He was very apologetic that the previous technician did not meet his expectations nor mine. He sent out an amazing technician named Clever who took his time to do a full diagnostic as well as explained everything to me step-by-step. He then completed the job to my satisfaction at no additional charge. Chuck also gave me his personal cell phone number with the understanding that if I have any problems in the future, I could call him directly. He promised to send a quote to fix the problem long-term. Thank you for being so honest.Everyone can have a bad day and I will definitely use this company in the future..

I use the service in the past and they were great. The technician this time had zero personality and did not seem to know what he was talking about. I asked in advance for full diagnostic and then give me a quote on how much it would cost to get cool air. The technician Adrian told me that The waterline was backed up and once he cleared it, the unit would run fine when I agreed to this service he did the job in about 45 minutes. Upon leaving, I asked him again would I have cool air and he said no because it was low on coolant. I asked him why didn’t he tell me that at the beginning and he said he didn’t know until he drained the waterline. So in other words I wasted $225 and I still do not have cool air . I can afford to pay $125 per pound for 3 pounds of Coolant but at this point, I have no faith in this technician

Have been using this company for years. I have them set up on auto pay for my AC maintenance. They have had no problem charging me monthly for this last year but are not willing to do the maintenance. They claimed they were short handed but had no problem billing me. I told them I wanted to cancel my service. I have been told twice now that I need to have the service department call me back and they have not called me back. I had another company come out and they told me the last company this one had loosened the wires on my unit in the attic so that I would have to call them back out when the electrical failed. They were surprised my unit was still working with how much they loosened them. I would not recommend this company at all

Soleman was so nice he came by my house and he mentioned he will replace the hvac through the insurance at no cost to me I didn’t believe but he did it. I refer Soleman and Cool Experts to everyone. He is very nice.

Mark demonstrated a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service. The installation was completed promptly, and he thoroughly explained each step through the process along the way.

Overall Cool Experts did a good job on the installation of our new air conditioner. Price was fair, communication good, and the installers handled the removal of our old unit and installation of the new like pros. I docked them a Star because I was not happy with the preparation and placement of the new pad, even though I stressed my concern about this when I hired them, and they acknowledged it. A follow-up call once the job is complete to make sure the customer is satisfied would be a nice addition to their business's SOPs. I would "consider" hiring them again.

My experience was awesome ,Andrew is a very helpful person,didn’t have any problems with my insurance to cover the for the AC and heat system installation.I do recommend this business,everyone that did the work was very professional and polite.

They did the fantastic job. Soleman has helped us get approval quickly for the new AC unit without paying any cost due to hail damage on the same day he sent the report to our insurance. They then quickly set up the installation which was done today on 9/4/25. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them to you if you have hail damage and or replacement/ repair.

I want to thank Andrew Ojeda with Cooling Experts heating and air 10 out of 10 experience. I had severe hail damage to my HVAC system. They took care of it for me in the process was so smooth in the work that would perform was very professional. Customer Service is one of the greatest. I would recommend this company to Everyone that is having some HVAC issues.

The Cool Experts HVAC team did a great job. Installers were professional, skilled , and courteous. Soleman Zazay did an outstanding job interacting with the insurance people. I am well pleased how it turned out.

Cool Experts really came through for me when I needed them. I was in the middle of dealing with an insurance claim. The insurance company did not want to cover the replacement for the damages to my AC units. They were giving me the run around and trying to pay for minor repairs when it was very obvious that would not fix my problem. I reached out to Soleman through a family friend. He came out and inspected the AC units and immediately determined that replacement was needed and the insurance company was responsible for this. He assured me that he would deal with the adjuster directly and take care of everything. Within a week I received a letter from the insurance company stating that they were going to pay for the replacement of both units. Soleman sent out his team of expert installers and they completed a very professional installation. Once completed they took the time to check the entire house and make sure all the rooms were receiving the adequate airflow. Dampers were installed on all the ducts in the attic. They even took the time to label everything and show us how to control them once the seasons change. I highly recommend Cool Experts for all you HVAC needs.
