Got HVAC unit replaced, Mohammad was great and very professional and took really good care of us price wise and upgraded me as a courtesy. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had my air conditioning unit and furnace replaced by Moe and the team at Elite AC and couldn't be happier with the experience. Very professional, fair and transparent on pricing, and answered all my questions without any pressure. They even came out on Memorial Day weekend to fit my schedule. On installation day, they arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and made sure everything was working great before they left. Highly recommend!

As you can probably see from my profile, I don't usually write reviews unless I feel they'll be impactful to others...that's because I frequently rely on such reviews for my own benefit.

That said, I want to highly recommend Chuck from Cool Experts for his amazing service! Chuck was extremely helpful & patient through my insurance claim. When it finally came time to install the units, his team was prompt, courteous, informative, and efficient. They managed to replace both my HVAC units in 1 day! I asked about some additional ductwork and duct cleaning, both of which they were able to accommodate during installation.

All in all I couldn't be happier with Chuck and Cool Experts...I highly recommend that you at least give him a chance to win your business!

My temp was close to 89 at it peak and now my system is cooling again. Jeremiah was prompt, professional and detailed. I had been quoted by another company outrageous prices and service fees and Cool Experts AC were the best value. I had been with a company and hadn’t changed because I was use to just calling them my service today had me happy for change. Sometimes you feel like you have to take slight from service providers because you need service and can’t wait but Jeremiah proved you can have prompt, quality, and valuable service
