When they were finished, they gave me a thorough briefing and walked me through everything they had installed. They also cleaned up any debris and material in the workspace. In addition, they sent a quality control technician a few days after to ensure everything was completed to specifications and our satisfaction. They were excellent, efficient and clean. Mo came by on a Wednesday to take a look at our AC which stopped working and he had his crew at our house and change everything on Friday morning. They were clean and courteous and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone who has issues with their HVAC system.

Mo and his crew were very professional in their approach to installing the HVAC system. Willing to answer any questions ask, explaining what they were doing, and very personal to deal with. Will recommend him and his crew and elite AC when I ask for a recommendation. Mo was very professional, outstanding follow up, his crew very clean and very respectful of our property. They used drop cloths, asked if it was ok to move furniture and relocated it to its original location after the job was finished.
