Called AC Pros and could get a tech came in to fix the box and the wires. They did everything professionally. He was able to explain everything. They completed everything within short period of time - just within couple hours after scheduling. Highly recommend to get the service from them.

AC Pro had one of their technicians come out and solve the problem. It took a couple of visits and a new part but Terry Young was able to take care of everything. He was a true professional and did a great job !

Noel from AC Pros came out and did an assessment - My main complaint was high humidity. Noel adjusted HVAC settings. Techs then came and added duct sealant to all areas. We discovered a duct blocked by drywall material; they cut the necessary hole. Thank you AC Pros for listening and conducting yourselves in a professional manner.

Joel & Paul were super helpful. They both took the time to do a thorough inspection, had great recommendation and surely are great at their job! Great job on the installation. Both Osualdo and Ray arrived as expected early in the morning. They worked the entire day on the installation. At the end of the day, we had an awesome new system installed. Our system was 14 years old and I chose the time to replace it instead of having to change it if it had gone out in the middle of the summer. These guys take care of the small details like wrapping tape on the metal straps on the inside unit...keeps me from cutting myself when I am up there changing the filter. A/C Pros has done work for me since early 2000 and have always done great work. Highly recommend.

This is such a great company. I know why they get such awesome ratings on Google. Every person I have talked to or come to my home has made me feel like I was their favorite customer. Purchasing a new HVAC system was an easy process because Rafael answered all of my concerns. Joel is also awesome and helped in explaining my new system. I highly recommend this company.

Joel was here on time ! Checked our thermostat and had to replace it. He worked fast and got it fixed and had our system up and running quickly! Very friendly and explained what was wrong. Joel has been coming to our home for several years! He’s GEEAT!!!!!

Great service! Very thorough check of the two HVACs in our home. We were absolutely thrilled to learn both of our systems were in excellent condition. Paul was knowledgable, professional, respectful, and courteous. He was patient and answered all my questions about care and maintenance of our systems and taught me a lot about what we can to as homeowners to keep ours them in good working condition.

Paul was on time to my appointment and did a great job explaining to me about all the features of my HVAC system, what size my filter is, etc… Paul was very respectful and kind.

This is our first time to use AC Pros and we couldn't be happier! I met the owner, Russ Teague on the golf course and knew his company needed to be our HVAC place from now on. He sent one of his incredible techs to our home for a routine inspect & service. I couldn't believe how through Our tech, Paul, was! He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable about our system. He was very consciousness about keeping our home clean while coming in and out. He cleaned our system and made recommendations about "tweaks" that would make our system more efficient. Thank you Paul, and A/C Pros, for treating us so well!

The technician seems to be knowledgeable in explanation, but this company charges a lot more than other companies. The estimate I received from my technician shows this company is charging $8,000 more than the other company.
I do not recommend this company.

Even in the middle of summer, they sent out a technician, Paul, the same day our blower motor died. He expertly determined the issue, promptly told us the problem, and even respectfully offered to bring us a window unit so we weren't uncomfortable while we waited for the part. Paul was back here the next day with the part, and our AC was back up and running in an hour. Big thank you and thumbs up to Paul and AC Pros

My service person, Tendo was GREAT!
And Paris sounds like a sweetheart.
My only complaint is the pricing.
$250/lb of freon, was $50-75 higher than the 2 other bids I got and the $95 service fee (not applied to any future work) was higher than the other 2.
Again, Tendo was great…very thorough, but the company pricing was too much compared to others.

Excellent service as always. Casey provided great guidance on maintenance tips and performed the required check up services in a very timely manner.

The fan on our unit stopped blowing unexpectedly. Called AC Pros and Carson showed up right away and fixed the problem. We were thankful that it was only a stopped up hose on the inside unit. This was our first call to them. I like the fact that they are family owned and not a big company.
