Jacob was very courteous and checked our the system, changed the filter and reported everything was working as it should.

I was so disappointed. I had thought AC Pros were honest and reputable. They quoted me $2,500 to replace a compressor (under warranty). That sounded high, so I got a second opinion. The other company quoted me $1,300 for the exact same replacement, and then when they came out, they told me they could repair it for only $700. I think people should be paid for their work, but to charge twice what fair market value is and to take advantage of a single mom is beyond gross.

The front desk lady was very responsive, polite and helpful. I should gave a 5 rating here, but.....

The system was installed 5 months ago and now this system is having drainage problem and dameged my carpet. It was caused by an improper installation in first place.

The technician came was inexperienced. fortunately, the technical manager in the office was able to help out.

We had an A/C capacitor go out on a Friday night and were planning a large birthday party for our twins that Saturday evening. I called up A/C Pros up and service pro Paul Hutton showed up at 9:30 in the morning and had our system cooling by 10:00. We always ask for Paul because he is both knowledgeable and a super nice guy. Thanks Paul for quick response.

We are happy with the service Angel provided. He explained everything properly and did a great service!

David and crew were exceptional in every way. Prompt, professional, and conscientious .... hire them. These guys are very good. Joel visits twice a year for Spring and Fall Inspections... a great guy- smart,
knowledgeable, and funny. Paul was out today and topped off our Freon - August is coming. 👍👏

I have been working with this establishment for over five years. They are top-notch. My recent call was an emergency call because the A/C failed @ my 92 y/o mothers home. Terry Young did a quick job of getting her home back-to-normal. Great communications & great job rectifying this issue!

We had a clogged drain and technician unclogged it. Most responsible technicians would know when you unclog a drain there is going to be some residue. This is what our guest bathroom looked like after Zach unclogged the drain. We did not discover this until after he had left and he should have checked for this knowing that it would happen. Most professionals would have put a towel over that sink with something heavy on top of it so the residue would not splatter everywhere. Zach was not professional and also came with a real attitude to begin with. Would not recommend Zach to anyone.

10/1723. In this post I was very hard on AC Pro’s but the owner of AC Pro’s reached out to me to apologize for this situation and ask me how they could make things right. I told him since the debris was on the walls of the bathroom, the bathroom would need to be repainted. Without hesitation he set it up to have our bathroom painted immediately without any cost to us. I was extremely impressed with this and turned my whole opinions around about AC Pro’s. It showed they truly care about their customers! The technician that night might have been having a rough night as we all do, but knowing ownership of AC Pro’s would do this to correct the situation changed my opinions of the company and would definitely recommend people to use AC Pro’s.

We had a great experience with AC Pros. Prompt response and once the appointment was set the technician arrived on time. I even had text messages to let me know they were on their way. Highly recommend using them!

These guys are good! Super fast response and competitively priced. Just replaced our 25 yr old system with a larger and more efficient new system. Have used them for many years and will call if I need them again.

Paul Hutton, the service representative was awesome. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . He was very thorough and explained everything. He asked us questions and listened to our concerns and did his best to help us understand. He offer solutions to any concerns also. I definitely want him to return as our service representative. He is a valuable asset to your business.

System shut down. Terry came out the same day and diagnosed the difficulty as a problem with the original installation, returned the next day with the necessary parts, made the repair and thoroughly tested the system. Very impressed with his skill and professionalism.

Terry, our tech for the day, was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and even gave me some recommendations. Plus, the inspection was totally free, and everything checked out.

Called service company to check system out and clean for Summer Checkup. Gave me an estimate that Capacitor was not 100% which I assumed being a 2018 unit inside and out heat pump system.
Not satisfied with quote and got another quote from a different service provider recommended by a friend.
New Service Provider stated that the Capacitor was showing appropriate usage.
Even with some other minor issues they didn’t think that the system needed to be completely replaced.
I have not been experiencing any problems or issues with the system and with new assignments am not planning to do any upgrades at this time.
I will be changing service provider!

I love this company. They do phenomenal work!

Ten years later of new install this company maintains and repairs my AC unit with an honest approach it’s there home. I am impressed!

STAY AWAY. IF YIUR FURNACE GOES OUT ON THE WEEKEND, YOU ARE SCREWED. My daughter's furnace went out on Friday. A technician named Al came out and said the warehouse was closed. So my grandchildren had to go all weekend with NO HEAT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS FREEZING.
