This man is a rock star!! He arrived within an hour of my call, and had a new water heater installed by 9am the next am.
I had called another company, first, you know HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fencing, etc; because I have been a customer but They couldn’t even come out for a week!! Bob is our plumber, now !!

Bob & Eric have been Very professional, frank, knowledgeable & friendly in assisting me in many plumbing problems, maintenance
etc. We're none of us perfect & I, too, have had an issue or 2 but maybe sadly, they're better than a lot. Kudos to Bob & his crew.

Can't say enough good things about this company. He responded quickly and had our line cleared the same day. And to make it even better the pricing was really good. We will be using him from now on for all repairs!! Thank you for the awesome service!

Eric was tremendous.....fixed both of our bathroom & kitchen issues in 1.5 hours. Thought it would be more expensive & require new fixtures.....but, he took the time to repair the faucets vs. merely installing new ones.

Major root system in my line to my toilet and bathtub. Bob and Eric are superb. I would not want any other plumbers. If you want honesty and a excellent job done you need to call them immediately. Completely professional and amazing.

I had a pipe burst in my front yard and I tried fixing it myself. After finding the scope of the work was out of my league I called Master’s Touch. Bob was out within a couple of hours and he took care of it. He followed up later that day to make sure everything was fine. The level of caring and professionalism was second to none. Do not use anyone but Master’s Touch!!! I have tried the other big name “plumbing” / sales companies. They are overpriced and try to upsell everything since they work on commission! Dishonest companies to say the least. Bob is honest, experienced, and prices are right. I have learned the hard way but thankful that Bob is around!!

Masters touch is a great company with an owner/operater that has years of experience in this area locally. Bob Cruse has been a great help to the community and there is a legacy with this company that is inspirational. Service and pricing is unmatched and this company has served into 3rd and 4th generations of families. This is unheard of. I can’t recommend Bob at Master’s Touch Plumbing enough! His extensive experience really showed when he handled our plumbing issues. Not only did he offer practical, cost-effective solutions, but he also saved us a significant amount of money compared to other quotes we received. Must do a shout out to Bob at Masters Touch Plumbing. I called Bob today with a problem that required our water to be turned off. He was booked today, but instead of making us wait, he referred us to another plumber who resolved our problem. Rather than have us wait 24 hours, he gave the job away to a great plumber who solved our issue at a very reasonable price. We have used Masters Touch in the past and I highly recommend them. The fact he passed the job off for our needs shows how professional he is. Thanks Bob!!
