Would not recommend for gas water heaters. The technician was not sure how to test my equipment in order to truly identify the issue.

My family has been using Randy Staggs for 10 years or so now. He and his team always do a fantastic job.

My friend referred them to us when we had a pipe freeze right before Christmas. They came out fast and solved the problem quickly and economically. I finally have a plumber I can trust.

We had them out to replace 2 toilets. Price was competitive, technician worked covid safely, and clean up was 100 percent leave no trace.

As I'm driving down the highway with my infant in the car, I am cut off by the service vehicle. Once I get beside him he swerves close to my car and honks at me as I speed by to get away. He then starts to speed up and flips me off with his middle finger. I immediately call the number on their website to file a complaint with the company. When the phone was answered, it was the man in the service truck. Turns out it was the owner!!!! Does NOT SEEM like a professional business to me.....

Wish i could give more stars!! My foundation was so messed up it caused water to leak into my crawl space which caused a MASSIVE FLOOD. I, with 3 small children, of course PANICKED. We called and the issue was handled QUICKLY. I am so grateful for the speed and efficiency of these guys. Thank you for saving our home!

They were on time and helped me out when I wasn’t home and were still able to go do another job and come right back. They explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I think it was a great price for what they did. I will definitely use them again.

Derek was very professional and informative! He also showed up with mask and gloves on which we highly appreciate in these times as we are at high risk for COVID-19. He explained that the problem is at the street level and pulled out what looked to be dead animal hair - EW! - and recommended we call the City of Plano to get this resolved once and for all. You guys have the best crew and we will always recommend Staggs ;)

Tech arrived not only on time but early. I explained my problem. The Tech checked it out and explained why a part needed to be replaced and showed me the the replacement part. He also went so far as adding an additional part to improve the replacement at no extra charge.
I've used Staggs Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I had rented a drain cleaner/rooter from Home Depot which got stuck in the pipes. Matt and Juan showed up ready to work, solved the problem and cleared the drain with minimum invasiveness and for a reasonable price in in less than two hours.

The gas company needed us to get a plumber at short notice, after calling 6 supposedly emergency companies, Staffs was the only one who really made an effort. From the call center person to the technician they were responsive to our needs, speedy and very professional. They will be our gobto plumbing company in the future.

Honest, informative and professional. Used Staggs a few times now after being ripped off by many other big named or even small local plummers. These guys don't try to upsale you like other companies are trained to do. Highly recommend!

I called first thing in the morning and they slotted me for noon to 4p.m. but they had an opening and showed up much sooner. They informed me of the repairs and did a great job and charged a fair price. Highly recommend Josh and Corey!

We did a full sewer line renovation. They did an excellent job and made sure to let us know when our water would be off. It only took a week to reroute all our drain lines. They also offer financing which was helpful. Highly recommend!

We had the luck of our hot water heater blowing last night. Randy from staggs plumbing came to our rescue and installed a new one. They worked quickly and effectively to get us up and running again. They explained everything they were doing clearly and provided quality work. I would highly recommend this plumbing company!

Randy and his crew were so fast and efficient. I called and got the call center but I had a call back within 2 mins. ( no joke) when does that ever happen! Plus they were able to come out to my house the next day and fix my busted faucet that was behind a brick wall. I felt the price was a reasonable price as well. I will recommend this company to my friend and family, very polite and professional people.

Work was done well and quickly. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
However, while I was warned twice about the service call fee, I was not wanted about the high hourly labor rate and 1hr minimum charge.
