Justin did a great job of helping us find the leak in our kitchen! Very professional and great at talking through things with us so we knew exactly what went wrong and how to fix it. He's also great at giving extra info and knowledge to help prevent issues in the future.

I've been doing business with Justin for many years and he has taken care of the plumbing for both my homes. He's always been prompt, cordial, an expert at his profession and dependable. We had a great experience with the team at Larry’s. Evan, Justin, and Joe came to replace our hot water heaters after patiently reviewing our options with us. They worked efficiently and diligently, answered all our questions along the way, and did a great job!

The guys at Larry's were quick to come out and replace our broken toilet. Evan was kind and efficient and very professional. We will definitely be using them again! And I am thinking about doing a whole home filtration system with them in the new year! Can't wait for no more hard water!!

Justin has the patience of a saint. I have an older home and needed to get all the cast iron replaced. Due to reasons on my end, it took a few months for us to coordinate a start date. He was always understanding and supportive. Then the time came and they finished the plumbing in one day. My partner and I saw the photos and had some concerns. We wanted a few items double checked. Justin heard us. He came back the next day and went over the items with us again. He then proceeded to personally take care of each one of them. He ran the water test and everything worked perfectly. I cannot thank Justin enough. He is so kind and understanding. Pricing was reasonable. We are 100% satisfied.

Larry’s Plumbing was a HUGE HELP for our family! We were out of town and learned of broken shower head that wouldn’t stop running! They went to the house fixed the problem at hand and even went above and beyond to set up towels and fans for us to clean up some water condensation. For our plumbing needs, Larry’s will be our number one go to from now on!

Met Ethan from Larry’s and shared I had a recent negative plumbing experience. Ethan confidently made suggestions regarding my project and spoke to me in a manner I could understand his recommendations. Ethan and Justin installed a new 50 gallon water heater with mixer valve, corrected and changed 14 cutoff valves incorrectly installed thoughout the house and installed a HALO water filter to improve the household water quality. Every single thing he explained and sold me on was installed exactly as described when and where agreed upon and for the price presented on our initial visit. Very unusual to have a contractor so transparent and fair on services and parts and complete the entire process in a timely manner as promised. Highly recommend Larry’s Plumbing Service and very much so appreciate Ethan and Justin’s hard work and pleasant demeanor. Thank you guys, we will recommend you always.

Thank you so much Justin and Evan for meeting us in our crisis. My dad had a pipe burst outside the back of his home and within an hour these guys were at our house and fixed the issue with materials that will have a longer life. (Because this is the third time this place has been an issue for us and has been fixed by other plumbers in the area!) They also installed the shut off valve just in case anything else goes awry from that point. Google reviews were great, it said 55 years plus and an established company, they proved it. Thank you!!

After seeing standing water on the side of my home, I called Larry’s plumbing to assist in identifying the source. Justin arrived right on time and quickly identified the location of the water leak (located in the slab). While that’s not what any home owner wants to hear, they were very confident in the location of the leak thru the use of the latest technologies. Despite other pressing jobs, they prioritized my situation and got the problem resolved in a timely and affordable manner.

I did not hire Larry's Plumbing, but they still cut out our gas line for multiple properties without contacting Atmos Energy or the city of Rockwall. When confronted about this they said they assumed it was not being used and no one would notice, so they did it without contacting anyone.

Cutting an active gas line to multiple businesses without contacting anyone because you think it should be ok is not professional and you should consider hiring someone else.

The guy who did this job, Justin, said I and the multiple tenants who lost over a day of business, shouldn't be upset and actually blamed us because because it looked like it wasn't being use. The city and Atmos are now aware of Larry's Plumbing.

Edit do to response: In your statement you literally said you 'assumed' and it was your mistake while aslo blaming me for lying even tho you rushed out to fixed the problem you caused on my property.

The Atmos agent that came in person to look at what happened advised us to file a police report and was very concerned about your work, you can talk to them about that.

Another edit: Just telling everyone want Atmos said about your work, if you think you did a good job you can tell everyone.

The team at Larry’s Plumbing did a great job. We had to replace our 12 year old hot water heater which was located in the attic. We chose to go with a tankless water heater and the technician arrived when he said he would and finished the job on time. The tech left the garage and attic cleaner than that way he found it and everything was done very clean and neat. Communication was very good and the team was very easy to work with and for a fair price. I will be using them again for other plumbing needs.

Excellent work and the best customer service. You can trust that they will not try to sell you work that you do not need. Highly recommend!
