I simply cannot say enough good things about Larry’s Plumbing! Fantastic service, incredible work, very friendly and respectful, and you can’t even tell they’ve been here when they’ve left (aside from the plumbing working properly) because they clean up every speck of a mess. They have worked on large issues for us as well as small, and treat every job with the same level of professionalism. Their goal is for the work to be right both where you can see it and behind the drywall- no shortcuts. They take great pride in their work and it really shows. I would recommend them over and over and over again.

Cody was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions and concerns regarding the repair we would need. He did a quality job in a timely manner. Their customer service rep, Taylor is amazing to deal with. She is compassionate and understanding and puts you at ease in stressful circumstances. Would definitely call on for their services again.

Being a new homewner is stressful enough but having your plumbing backup 5 days into a move made things really overwhelming. Zach with Straight Shooter Plumbing is a delight to work with & helped to make everything easier and less stressful to deal with. He made sure to communicate options & solutions with me as well as keeping me up to date every day where we were with the plan. Called these guys up and they were on the job before noon. However. The tech was rather rude and a little inexperienced. I spoke to Straight Shooter office and they explained he was new. (First day) They apologized and sent another tech immediately. The new tech was very apologetic and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. The owner contacted me right after the tech had departed and made sure I was happy. Great company great team. ( I heard the first tech was no longer employed) . You won't go wrong with hiring Straight Shooter Plumbing.

Josh with SSP provided a phone quote and ultimately replace two isolation valve kits for my Rannai tankless water heaters. Quote was fair, scheduling was immediate, and work was performed efficiently. Thank you Josh!

I called on a Saturday afternoon and they had a plumber out to my house within 2 hours. Cody was very knowledgeable and explained why he was having to replace the copper pipe on the faucet. He completed his work in about an hour and showed me the changes he made. The prices were also very fair for what had to be done, will definitely be using Straight Shooter again!

Jason fixed all our issues and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be using Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooting for our future needs.

Just had my experience with this wonderful place. They were very fast and efficient. Very prompt with your needs. They had the problem fixed within 24 hours and they have free estimates!!! Had an emergency clog and the team was on it right away! My plumber was Zach, he was transparent, light hearted and got the job done fast! Couldn’t ask for better service!

Jason diagnosed where the clog was and gave me what options would deal with the problem. He was courteous and timely while also making sure the pipe drained correctly before heading out.

Zach came out the same day I called for an emergent plumbing issue. He was very straight forward and though it ended up being a far bigger issue than I initially hoped, I never felt bamboozled and am confident that the problem was fixed correctly rather than a band-aid solution.

If you enjoy surprise indoor waterfalls like I used to, don’t call Shawn. He fixed everything so well that I don’t even have anything to complain about anymore. Pipes cleaned, leaks gone, dignity restored. 10/10

I had Straight Shooter Plumbing come out to repair some of diy plumbing work. Technician, Jason, came out and went about fixing the bathroom sink drain. Jason was thorough and professional in his work and interaction with me. I am completely satisfied with the work done and will be using Straight Shooter Plumbing in the future!

Exceeded my expectations. After trying to get two of the big name plumbing companies to respond I tried Straight Shooter. Sean was excellent, price was reasonable and there was no "dispatch" fee. One of the others showed up and then announced he had to collect a $125 dispatch fee. Since no one had let me know about said fee, I sent him packing. Straight Shooter is now my permanent plumber!
