Josh did a fantastic job fixing multiple issues in our older bathroom. He was here when he said he would be, worked efficiently, and went out of his way to help me. I appreciate it, and will definitely call him again!

Had a main drain clog on a Sunday morning and Straight Shooter was able to get Sean and Josh out within a few hours to clear the out. They were friendly and thorough in walking me through the options and did a great job clearing the clog and giving me preventative solutions for the future.

Pros: We had a pipe break on our back outdoor faucet. We called at 8am and Jason was out by 10am. Super informative and did a wonderful job. 5 stars for Jason.

Cons: The price. (Seemed steep, but we were in a jam, no water to the house, and he arrived fast. So, we did what we had to do.

Arrived when I needed them. They were on time. They diagnosed my plumbing problems with ease. They were competitively priced. They explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. The tech was fantastic as he was both knowledgeable and efficient. They even gave me a fridge magnet to remember them by! Zach was on time. Looked at the issue and fixed the drains. He also gave me some good guidance on A/C condensation and water heater maintenance.

Lizzy was terrific! When I called and explained my situation to her she was patient, witty, and professional. I didn't have to wait long before a tech came to my home. Shawn was amazing! He was super responsive and professional fixing our sewage backup on New Year's Day. He communicated every step of the way and was very quick in identifying the problem and fixing the issue. He was also very thorough in making sure the issue got completely resolved. Josh came out and to help me see why I kept having water back up in my bathroom. He found that my sewer line was completely blocked. Removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. Had me come out and see what he was seeing. Explained everything to me. Very kind and knowledgeable. Gave me options. I ended up getting the line replaced. He stayed in contact with me keeping me updated on when and how long the process would take. The excavator crew was so good. They dug my shrub up for me and then replanted it. Every once made sure I was satisfied with the results before leaving. This all happened during thanksgiving week. So add a few more stars 🌟. I never had to worry about not having the ability to run water because they made sure my line was opened till the new one was placed. Thank you.

Just realized l posted on the wrong location, sorry to the "Idaho" office. The original post 2 days ago is as follows : Heard about these guys from a friend and they were just like the their name. Local service here in the Dallas / Ft Worth and surrounding areas. Jason McCurdy was professional, great knowledge of troubleshooting my problem and the work was done right the first time. Definitely will use them again in the future as well recomend them to family and friends.
