I literally called 6 companies around 4-4:30pm and everyone was booked today. I called Wilson family AC and they were “Johnny on the spot” . I love dealing with local family owned businesses because the experience and customer service is second to none… just like this company. The techs are knowledgeable and transparent. My tech took the time to explain to me what was going on and what I could change to make thing better. Service call is responsible and they WONT price gouge you. Over all I will definitely be using this company again!

Wow! Couldn’t be more impressed w this company! Left a message late at night and the following morning had an appointment set and technician there within a few hours. Tyrone was very nice and thorough. He fixed the problem keeping me informed every step of the way. Although he fixed the current issue we are looking at a potential bigger problem. He took the time to walk me through giving me solutions on how to approach it in a more cost effective way. Several companies we have had out prior to Wilson have mentioned this potential issue but gone straight to the very expensive solution. Very appreciative of the integrity of this family owned business! Breath of fresh air.

As a service professional, I know that things do go wrong. Your service should always be top notch. Disclamer: After a long day of fixing and repairing alarm systems, I was looking forward to visiting my favorite toilet. Newly installed by Wilson Family Plumbing and AC. It failed miserably water all over the floor with 1 small deposit floating.
My wife had hired them in September/October to replace the valves in our tankless water heater valves($796), replace washing machine water valves($375) and add 2 new toilets ($977.11).
I question the cost of the washer value replacement and totally disregarded the techs suggestion of a water leak under the house. The toilet in the master bedroom was loose and with a very poor caulk job.I would be careful with a wife, credit card and Wison Plumbing and AC. You could get hosed :(

Dawson was great! We were without AC for a few hours with the house temp reaching 80+. Dawson came in and in no more than 10 minutes we have AC! Highly recommend!!

I found this company on Google and must say I found my new company for my plumbing & AC needs. Tyrone came out and corrected a problem from a previous plumber. The customer service was great and he was able to explain everything regarding the issue.

My a/c stopped cooling upstairs. Had a big name company come out and check it it said that I needed a expensive repair. Eric came out and check the system for me and decided after checking the system over and understanding the details on how it stopped to just recharge the unit and see how it goes. Stated that he would check back a week and see. So far we are still running cold.

Very responsive and professional! They can do commercial or residential too and I’ve used them on both. TYRONE IS A GENIUS and genuinely great man!!

Our AC unit went out last weekend. The service tech showed up and promised the unit would be running before he left (it was over 100 degrees outside, hottest day of the year so far). It felt like meeting a real life super hero. He was able to fix the unit and find the problem that day. Really appreciate their expertise and quick response. Words cannot express how thankful I was to have them come out! Awesome work!
