Tyrone arrived as scheduled, after normal hours on an extended Tuesday, to quickly help me clear lines, and identify the true source (city) issue, regarding our septic/sewer/toilets system backup over the weekend.

Outstanding family owned three generation business. My out door unit stopped working with it being 100 degrees outside at 5 pm on a Wednessday. They were the one company that made it a point to work me in to their busy schedule and showed up at 11:30 at night. Changed a capacitor and got me up and running. Then the compressor went out 4 days later on Sunday. So, I had them install a new system due to the age and quality of my current system. Took a bit to find the system due to the current supply chain issues but they did it. Then when the last unit in the state fell off the forklift fork at the supplier, they got me the next level up unit for the same price. Install was done quickly and with good workmanship. Just a very nice, professional and personable family. Will definitely be my new go to.

I called at 5:30am and Tyrone came to my home within three hours! Kari spoke with me on the phone assured me they would get me in first thing! Tyrone was beyond professional and really explained why I was having the problems I was having and explained everything in detail. Would recommend to everyone that’s needing AC repair! Got me back up and going within the hour!

Wilson Family Air Conditioning is a literal Godsend. After calling down the roster of seeming endless google suggestions, and being told we'd have to wait between 4 days to 2 weeks to get our AC fixed, we took a breath to pray, and along came Kari. She sent Dawson out within an hour to help us in the Texas summer heat. Wilson is a small, family- owned business, and they are the sweetest people. They fixed our unit that day, and we are so very grateful.

I do not normally write reviews of any kind, but when a company goes above and beyond what is usually expected in a service company, they deserve an applause. Wilson Family Plumbing is my go-to for any kind of plumbing need. The have installed gas lines, replaced outdoor hose bibs, indoor faucets and scoping of my drainage system…so far! Everything they do is done professionally and to excellent standards. They are fast to respond to my needs and get me scheduled at my convenience. Their bids are competitive, but I won’t bother with any bids any longer because I wouldn’t want anyone else to touch my plumbing! When there is any kind of issue, they are immediately there to make it right. They truly desire to do the absolute best for their customers. Customer service is exceptional. It makes a big difference to work with a family of people proud of the service they offer who honestly care about their customers. And I have to say Tyrone is my kind of guy. Friendly, professional, fast and very knowledgeable. Believe me, you won’t be sorry. These guys are good, honest and they care!

Wow. This company is exceptional from their customer service to their plumbing services. I have used numerous companies over the years as a landlord, but this was the absolute best. Tyrone delivered great service all the way around. He was professional, thorough, and explained everything to me once he diagnosed the leak in my home relatively quickly when two plumbers before him failed to find it. I have used Wilson Family a few times, and they had always seemed prompt, honest and very easy to work with. I liked that they were locally owned. So far as to joining their membership plan. I was highly disappointed to find out this company is running a pretty classic scam. My AC had gone out in this high Texas heat, and after checking the basics decided to call them. I appreciated that they could get out that evening. The tech arrived and after briefly looking around, condemned my 5.5yr old carrier condenser unit(just out of warranty) saying the compressor had completely gone out. I was quoted ~8.6k for a new unit they could install the next morning. After researching a bit and speaking with a few buddies, we concluded it was worth just replacing the $20 capacitor before replacing the whole unit. I told the tech I wanted a second opinion and mentioned the capacitor, and he high tailed it out of there fast. Haha.Sure enough, a quick trip to Ace Hardware and a sub-10min capacitor replacement. We’re good as new and the house is cooling. They guy even went to far as to try to sell me a mini-split after condemning the 5year old unit. Cocky! I hate seeing companies like this take advantage of people and please please please don’t jump on the first expensive repair they recommend. Avoid, and get a second opinion! I’m highly disappointed in this locally owned business that appears to be trying to take advantage of people. I can wait to get the invoice for the service call!!

If you ever question honest and integrity of a company please know that Wilson plumbing it one that will make sure you don’t worry, I’ve been working with them since I purchased my home on 2019 and they are extremely reliable and honest. They have been assisting me through a really difficult situation and I have no words to really express how they have gone above there calling on this matter. Excellent Service – Above and Beyond!

I had several plumbing issues that needed fixing, including a leaky bathroom tub, a loose master shut-off valve, and a leak under the bathroom sink. The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed each problem, ensuring everything was properly sealed and functioning. They even went the extra mile to check for other potential issues. The work was fast, professional, and of excellent quality. Highly recommend!

I ran into an issue with the city and my plumbing, Wilson Family was able to step in, get things squared away and got their end of the work done and got me on my way fast. They made was a big problem not so stressful. I plan to work with them again in the future.

I have had Wilson out for two different 5 ton units and am very happy with them. I have tried over 10 local HVAC companies in the past few years for my 3 older units and am glad to have tried Wilson. Dawson fixed my first one and Eric fixed the second one. Kari is very pleasant when scheduling. Very efficient and reasonably priced. I am glad i tried them and they are now my go-to AC company (and plumbing also) :)

I called at late at night after realizing my home wasn’t cooling down. I was in a panic with a new born and sick child. Eric and his wife came out to save the day (night) within 15 minutes though it was after hours for them. I’m forever thankful. Eric was very thorough, gave a full evaluation and identified the problem, then stayed to ensure everything was working properly before leaving.

From the moment I reached out to them about my broken AC, they listened attentively to my concerns and made me feel like a priority.

They respond very quickly. We've had several water leaks and they've been very fast and fair.
Updated to... after the last leak, we learned their plumber that does the work isn't a master plumber. I've used them for 3 different issues, and the last caused me to hire a contractor to fix nearly ever wall in my house, and took over 6 months to get repaired...
So for big projects, be cautious

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they are not trust worthy. they lie, and they cut corners while charging you full price. Please take this review into full consideration before using this company. I was fully taken advantage of and I do not want this to happen to anyone else. They "fixed" a plumbing leak for me that cost me $7K. Less than a year later the leak started up again because they used unpermitted "solutions" to "repair” my leak then of course claimed no responsibility when I called them saying they needed to fix it, claiming it wasn't their fault and tried to quote me triple the cost to repair their shotty work. Even showed them proof their "repair” was leaking and they said it wasn't their fault. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing what they did. Please take my mistake as you're warning. Find a TRUSTWORTHY plumber who won't rob you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

From the beginning, it was a good experience. Austin Lewis called to inform us that he would arrive at 5:30, which he did on time. He was personable. He went to evaluate the situation that we have. He explained what needed to be done and also answered all our questions. As we went on talking, he talked about the company he is working for, which shows from his tone and the information he provided that he enjoys working here, and it's great to know that it's a family-owned company!!
