Just my first experience with bacon plumbing I had them come out to flush my water heater. My technician, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Annoying they won’t give pricing until they come out but there is no inspection fee for them to come look at the unit, or at least there was not in my case. The price was very reasonable however despite my hesitancy! Would recommend.

Mathew Grey was my plumber he was amazing did a awesome job and double checked the heating elements after fixing a different issue with the hot water heater before he left. Amazing job and I greatly appreciate it!

Customer service was fantastic!! The lady I spoke with to schedule this morning was so kind and helpful. The technician, Reese was thorough and explained everything to me in detail with what they would do/recommend and options. Really great experience. We haven’t had to buy a new unit so this being the first experience with an HVAC company was far better than I expected. Will likely be calling to set up financing and moving forward within the next day or so after going over it all with my husband. Thank y’all!!

Bacon installed an AC disconnect for me. Disconnect was installed on the exterior of the wall my electrical panel was on, approximately 3 ft away. I provided the circuit breaker and the work took 2 1/2 hours. The work was performed well. Their price of $1800 was quite excessive. I was anticipating $250 to $500. If my AC install wasn’t two days from now I would have gone elsewhere. Assuming materials were $200, their labor charge equated to $640 an hour. Not competitive.

Any issue I’ve ever had, Bacon was able to solve. I’ve used their services while in Houston and since moving to Dallas. 10/10!! Quality isn’t subject to your location. All of the techs that have serviced my home have been respectful and extremely knowledgeable.

Had a wonderful experience with the Bacon team through a variety of different technicians. They were on time, communicated flawlessly and have a vast knowledge of the problems that were proposed to them. I would recommend Bacon to anyone asking for assistance. This is my second time using Bacon Plumbing heating Air Electric.First, was for my electrical. Kyle completed that job and I was very pleased. I called them a few days ago for my plumbing issues because they are a reputable honest company that you can trust. I had the pleasure of meeting Javier when he arrived at my house the next day. He found the issue in a very timely manner. Then Blake the boss showed up about a half hour later. They are currently repairing my main plumbing line. They are so professional and they really do care & value their customers. Blake told me that the owner of Bacon plumbing Heating Air Electric has a heart of gold. Which I can tell because of the experiences I’ve had. BIake was so humble and I am truly grateful for him and this company. Blake is so compassionate & very professional at the same time. Called these guys mid afternoon on a Friday & they were able to come out & get my tanks emptied. Jon, the tech was great & very informative & knowledgeable about the septic system we have. Just hoping when they come back out next week, they can assess the actual issue we have going on & get the plumbing back to where it is working properly. Thanks to friendly staff & Ryan for being able to make it happen on short notice.

My water was not getting hot fast enough. The Bacon guys arrived on time and put on the shoe covers. They checked both water heaters and the pipes. Adjusted the temperature settings on both heaters while explaining what was happening and why. I like that part. Great Service, very professional and informative.

When the first cold snap hit Dallas in January ‘26, my aged HVAC system started showing signs of an impending death. Thus, I called Bacon Plumbing to decide on getting a replacement. Bacon sent over a very-knowledgeable representative (Oscar Espinosa) to discuss what my options were.

Oscar, (and his supervisor, Austin) spent nearly an hour with me going through the details of 4-5 systems. They pointed out the pros/cons of each, gave me a sizable discount, and had the new system installed within 2 days.

Forrest did a great job. He was thorough, professional, and took time to ensure I understood what the repair was going to entail. He gave me his honest professional recommendation, and offered his personal perspective on what was best for my situation.

We called early this morning for a problem with our kitchen disposal. They were able to send a technician within a few hours. Matthew was very professional and did a great job explaining everything. He gave me a few choices. Their prices were very fair! We will definitely use them again.

Brian replaced faucets in our bathroom. He was professional and respectful. He put on shoe covers!! Much appreciated because of the weather. He thoroughly explained everything. We are very pleased with Bacon! We received 3 estimates and ended up going with Bacon because they explained everything during the estimate.
