Josh with SSP provided a phone quote and ultimately replace two isolation valve kits for my Rannai tankless water heaters. Quote was fair, scheduling was immediate, and work was performed efficiently. Thank you Josh!

I called on a Saturday afternoon and they had a plumber out to my house within 2 hours. Cody was very knowledgeable and explained why he was having to replace the copper pipe on the faucet. He completed his work in about an hour and showed me the changes he made. The prices were also very fair for what had to be done, will definitely be using Straight Shooter again!

Jason fixed all our issues and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be using Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooting for our future needs.

Just had my experience with this wonderful place. They were very fast and efficient. Very prompt with your needs. They had the problem fixed within 24 hours and they have free estimates!!! Very impressed Joshua and Lizzie for their comforting and satisfying customer service. I highly recommend this nice folks.😊

Had an emergency clog and the team was on it right away! My plumber was Zach, he was transparent, light hearted and got the job done fast! Couldn’t ask for better service!

Jason diagnosed where the clog was and gave me what options would deal with the problem. He was courteous and timely while also making sure the pipe drained correctly before heading out.

Zach came out the same day I called for an emergent plumbing issue. He was very straight forward and though it ended up being a far bigger issue than I initially hoped, I never felt bamboozled and am confident that the problem was fixed correctly rather than a band-aid solution.

If you enjoy surprise indoor waterfalls like I used to, don’t call Shawn. He fixed everything so well that I don’t even have anything to complain about anymore. Pipes cleaned, leaks gone, dignity restored. 10/10

Zach came by promptly and did an amazing job. He kept us updated and informed with everything going on. This is a great family-owned shop that does business the right way. Highly recommend.

Shawn did a great job! Work quality is great, he showed up and was very diligent and responsive. Explained everything very well and helped out so much. I would recommend using Shawn Brown!

I had Straight Shooter Plumbing come out to repair some of diy plumbing work. Technician, Jason, came out and went about fixing the bathroom sink drain. Jason was thorough and professional in his work and interaction with me. I am completely satisfied with the work done and will be using Straight Shooter Plumbing in the future!

Exceeded my expectations. After trying to get two of the big name plumbing companies to respond I tried Straight Shooter. Sean was excellent, price was reasonable and there was no "dispatch" fee. One of the others showed up and then announced he had to collect a $125 dispatch fee. Since no one had let me know about said fee, I sent him packing. Straight Shooter is now my permanent plumber!

This was a visit to finish an earlier project. Zeke and his helpers were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly
This is the second major job they did for me. Next time I need a plumber, Straight Shooter is who I will call

Josh did a fantastic job fixing multiple issues in our older bathroom. He was here when he said he would be, worked efficiently, and went out of his way to help me. I appreciate it, and will definitely call him again!

Had a main drain clog on a Sunday morning and Straight Shooter was able to get Sean and Josh out within a few hours to clear the out. They were friendly and thorough in walking me through the options and did a great job clearing the clog and giving me preventative solutions for the future.

Jason McCurdy from Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter WAS EXCELLENT!
Call in an emergency call and Jason McCurdy arrived in record time. Jason cleaned up after and my problem was resolved .
Thank you to Straight Shooter Plumbing and Jason McCurdy.

Pros: We had a pipe break on our back outdoor faucet. We called at 8am and Jason was out by 10am. Super informative and did a wonderful job. 5 stars for Jason.

Disclaimer: I'm not a plumber and dont pretend to know the prices. Take the post with a grain of salt, because we are ignorant to these sort of tasks Lol!!!!!

Cons: The price. (Seemed steep, but we were in a jam, no water to the house, and he arrived fast. So, we did what we had to do.

All in all, great service, friendly staff, and efficient. Very sarisfied with the repair. Thank yall for helping us out!!!

Shawn did an amazing job both times he came out to work on our house plumbing! He works hard and efficiently. He came out with short notice which was very much appreciated! He is very honest, a hardworker, and does excellent work! Would hire him every time!
