A month ago we had a small rain storm, but the lightning had other ideas for our home. We got struck, and being without heat, half of the house with no power, water heater broke, ceiling cracked, and our tile blew up. We called insurance and they sent someone out two days before Thanksgiving and a week later as well. They told us to wait in getting any one to come and inspect and give us a quote for damages. They wanted to access the damages first. After all of their inspection was complete and we saw the missed items that were not in our insurance’s list, we decided to call Bacon Plumbing Heating to give us quotes on everything. They sent out Andrew B. And Max to inspect all the damages and they were very knowledgeable and very helpful with explaining all of our damages, and what it would cost us. They also told us they would send everything to the insurance company. We told them both we had some issue with our insurance and we would be paying out of pocket. They gave us a name of a company that we could use to finance to help us pay for all the damages to get our home safe again.
The next day Andrew came out to work on the 17 breakers that were burnt out, and did input a GFI in our breaker box. He also brought pictures from the burnt wires that were struck by the lightning as it passed into our home. We were blessed he saw that, so that we wouldn’t have a house fire after they left from the exposed wires. Andrew fixed everything and made it to inspection ready. Then we had HVAC Luis come replace our thermostat and the AC breaker box that had been fried from the strike. He also took pictures and fixed all the issues. It was also great to have Luis speak Spanish since I can speak both English and Spanish.
We also had Marcos and Julian come in and replace our tankless water heater and reprogram our water heater thermostat. We also asked them if they could do a gas test, just to make sure that the lightning didn’t break any gas lines. I was so happy they could do that for us, since I was so scared the lightning may have done more damage we hadn’t seen. The test came out good and all the young men did an EXCEPTIONAL job, by making sure that our home would be safe again. They were very knowledgeable in their fields, very respectful, since the hubby had to be at work. And they were very empathetic to the way I felt about making my home safe again, since I had been in a house fire when I was a little girl. Thank you for the great work! And thank you Bacon for having all the licensed technicians under one roof.

Thank you Andrew, for coming back again to add a plug for us for a bidet toilet. We never had a plug by the toilet, but he got it done.

Jordan did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Especially having to come out on a Sunday. He explained everything he was going to do and explained it again when he was finished. With him being so professional, I signed up for a Membership with with him. Jordan was a life saver. Fardeen Azizyar (technician) did a superb job with my AC tune up. He was very thorough with checking the entire function of the AC system, explained the basic AC system functions, did some cleaning and addressed my concerns regarding rooms not getting enough cooling coverage. He also explained the issues he detected and forwarded those details including photos to my email address. Highly recommended, quality of service is excellent!

Fardeen the technician was Simply amazing. He answered all my questions, taking time to help educate me as well as let me know what was going on with my unit. His professionalism was better than I have seen in a long time. I would absolutely call them again for service.

My AC has been out for the past three weeks. I got a few quotes from different companies and this one gave me the best quote. They showed up on time they honestly did it pretty fast and I was able to easily do stuff and not have them get in the way at all. I highly recommend this company. They didn’t outstanding job! Also, I know my job needed a few parts and I set the appointment on a Tuesday and they had the parts ready to go on Friday. I can’t say that that’s gonna happen with everybody because They are at the mercy of the places that they get the parts from. But I know they didn’t know my situation and that I had been living in heat for three weeks and they had the parts ready to go Friday morning.

Firehouse Heating & Air is a company with integrity, which is extremely important and rare these days. There was a problem with the initial install of my split and Wesley and Dusty assured me that the issue would be resolved no matter what. They stood by there word and made sure the job was completed. They really value their customers and it shows in their interactions and work. I highly recommend them!

Fardeen with Firehouse Heating and Air was amazing. He was promptly on time. Spent a considerable amount of time explaining everything that needed to be fixed or what was installed incorrectly. I will absolutely use Firehouse again. Being a 1st Responder it’s hard to find honest and ethical companies but from my first experience with Firehouse, I believe they live up to what their website says.

Ruben Perla assisted us in fixing our AC issue. He went into great detail and explained what occurred, offered tips and suggestions and resolved our problem.

Today we had the ducts cleaned and an indoor air quality system installed by Firehouse Heating and Air. I was impressed with the work of James, Rueben and Saul. They were thorough in cleaning more than just the ducts. They also cleaned the registers and cleaned the area where they worked so there was no mess for me to clean when they left. When they replaced the registers they even sealed the area between the drywall and duct! I hadn’t seen that done before. They were professional and I felt comfortable having them in our home.

Fardeen showed up on time inspected ,my system and gave us lots of information on our system and what was needed. He showed me pictures and explained the whole process. We decided on a new unit and the install was scheduled for 2 days from inspection. So he was here on Friday and install will be Monday. We are so excited about a new unit and the awesome job that Firehouse Heating and Air always do. I will update once install is done install was perfect awesome job we felt like we were the only customers they had. Vents were cleaned everything explained and the cleaned up after theirselves
