Any issue I’ve ever had, Bacon was able to solve. I’ve used their services while in Houston and since moving to Dallas. 10/10!! Quality isn’t subject to your location. All of the techs that have serviced my home have been respectful and extremely knowledgeable.

Had a wonderful experience with the Bacon team through a variety of different technicians. They were on time, communicated flawlessly and have a vast knowledge of the problems that were proposed to them. I would recommend Bacon to anyone asking for assistance. Also, thank you to Blake for taking extra time to help solve the problem I was having and make sure I felt educated and comfortable with the results.

Zac was incredibly helpful and did great work! He cleaned up after himself and did an epic job of explaining what he was doing!

This is my second time using Bacon Plumbing heating Air Electric.First, was for my electrical. Kyle completed that job and I was very pleased. I called them a few days ago for my plumbing issues because they are a reputable honest company that you can trust. I had the pleasure of meeting Javier when he arrived at my house the next day. He found the issue in a very timely manner. Then Blake the boss showed up about a half hour later. They are currently repairing my main plumbing line. They are so professional and they really do care & value their customers. Blake told me that the owner of Bacon plumbing Heating Air Electric has a heart of gold. Which I can tell because of the experiences I’ve had. BIake was so humble and I am truly grateful for him and this company. Blake is so compassionate & very professional at the same time. Brad was dispatched to fix a leaking shower at a rental property.

Called these guys mid afternoon on a Friday & they were able to come out & get my tanks emptied. Jon, the tech was great & very informative & knowledgeable about the septic system we have. Just hoping when they come back out next week, they can assess the actual issue we have going on & get the plumbing back to where it is working properly. Thanks to friendly staff & Ryan for being able to make it happen on short notice.

My water was not getting hot fast enough. The Bacon guys arrived on time and put on the shoe covers. They checked both water heaters and the pipes. Adjusted the temperature settings on both heaters while explaining what was happening and why. I like that part. Great Service, very professional and informative.

When the first cold snap hit Dallas in January ‘26, my aged HVAC system started showing signs of an impending death. Thus, I called Bacon Plumbing to decide on getting a replacement. Bacon sent over a very-knowledgeable representative (Oscar Espinosa) to discuss what my options were.

Oscar, (and his supervisor, Austin) spent nearly an hour with me going through the details of 4-5 systems. They pointed out the pros/cons of each, gave me a sizable discount, and had the new system installed within 2 days.

Forrest did a great job. He was thorough, professional, and took time to ensure I understood what the repair was going to entail. He gave me his honest professional recommendation, and offered his personal perspective on what was best for my situation.

Overall, we've been very happy with Bacon's team. Forrest is a great example of what to expect.

We called early this morning for a problem with our kitchen disposal. They were able to send a technician within a few hours. Matthew was very professional and did a great job explaining everything. He gave me a few choices. Their prices were very fair! We will definitely use them again.

Brian replaced faucets in our bathroom. He was professional and respectful. He put on shoe covers!! Much appreciated because of the weather. He thoroughly explained everything. We are very pleased with Bacon! We received 3 estimates and ended up going with Bacon because they explained everything during the estimate.

Dale Ladd did a 10/10 job on my furnace repair. He explained what he was doing and found the solution without having to order pricey replacement parts. Fair, honest, and good natured. Very happy with the service provided.

Technicians are very polite. Especially the helpers. This was a big job and I guess it was too much for them. They tried to cover everything but got laxed a they went on. I believe the job was done right. Everything works now. The process became tedious because the plumber didn't want to do the job, and he wanted more money to do it right. Whole house re-pipe. They cut everything, everywhere. Okay. Ceilings, walls, garage. He refused to move the sinks to work behind them. So we had to do it ourselves. They crossed my hot and cold water in my shower, then tried to charge us more money to replace something in the shower when it didn't work. I have a temperature controlled shower. They came back out to correct it, switch it back and my shower worked fine. They wanted to sell us a new water heater, even though they just installed one less than a year ago. I guess 20+G wasn't enough. They kept trying to get more. Not to mention we are on the FF plan. I'm not sure. The QA person was very professional. I'm not sure I'll use them again except for my warranty.
It was an exhausting week of work.
Now I have 2 weeks of repair.

Another excellent experience with Bacon. Family run business with good people working for them. Work was performed quickly and installation was professional enhancing property value. Many thanks to Jimmy Holiday for the professional work!
