Danny and his team far exceeded my expectations when replacing my current ac system. I bought a house back in April and the existing unit was undersized but 50%. I found Danny on a Facebook group and called to schedule a walk through appointment. He was very knowledgeable and personable, very professional. Life got crazy and I prolonged my replacement for a few months. We kept in contact and finally in October 2022 I was ready to move forward with the unit swap. My job was a bit more complicated because they had to run new copper to support the new unit and they had to relocate the unit outside which involved many extra steps. Throughout the whole process Danny was very kind and informative of what what going to take place and what steps he was taking to ensure I had the perfect installation. He was very patient and answered all of my questions that helped me to alleviate any concerns that popped up. Danny is a man of his word and will do whatever it takes to make sure his clients are comfortable with the process. His attention to detail was like none I have seen in the trade business. He wants to ensure his work is done properly the first time and if that takes 2 extra hours that’s ok. Danny does it right! He even laid out drop cloths throughout the entire interior of the house he needed to access and even went above and beyond by sweeping the inside of the house after he was complete with the work. In addition to this, Danny is just a really nice guy and easy to talk to. He and I could easily carry on for hours if we had the time. He shared stories with me about his family, vacations, kids off to college, etc. You can tell he is just an honest, great guy. I have been incredibly pleased with my purchase and am so blessed I found him. I highly recommend D&E Heating and AC for any HVAC project, big or small. I haven’t had any issues so far, but I have no doubt that if I called him with a problem, he would be here as quickly as possible. Danny earned a customer for life and I hope that he continues to find success by treating clients honestly snd fairly. If you are needing any HVAC repair or replacement work, save your self the time and energy and call him now. There is no need to shop around, you are going to get the best quality system / install for the most fair price. Nobody out there will come close to the price, value, and service you will receive. A/C issues are stressful enough, but Danny explained every step of the process. So, I understood what was going on. He showed me the problem and explained the part's purpose and why it needed to be replaced. He also educated me about maintaining the unit. Overall a great experience.

I want to thank the technician danny that came out to my home today . He was truly a wonder to work with he was polite. He was understanding his communication. His timely effort was so gratefully appreciated. He talked me through everything he was doing showed me what to do if it happened again also said if something went wrong just make sure I call he was really a nice gentleman and if I had to work with anyone again, it would definitely be him. Danny came the day after my call and gave me the full cost estimate for converting my heating and cooling system to electric. He also explained several installment payment options. He was very helpful. Two days later, he and his team arrived and started working on my house. They did an excellent job and finished everything in record time—no more than seven hours. The work was clean, efficient, and professional. I recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their system.

We had an issue with our air conditioner as it had froze Sunday. We reached out, and they were at our house early Monday morning and fixed the problem.

While in Alaska, and on Saturday, received call that Rockwall home AC not working. All Care had system working within six hours for a minimal charge. Excellent Service.

Ben can out and installed two air scrubbers for me. We have 2 🐕 , 2 🐈 & 3 kiddos 👶. After doing a significant amount of research on air scrubbers I had them installed. They are definitely worth the investment when it comes to clean air quality. Thanks again Ben. Outstanding job. 🇺🇸🇺🇸😂

AC went out on Friday afternoon. Came out on Saturday. Bad motor that was under warranty. Ordered and installed by Monday at 4pm. AMAZING level of service for our air conditioning repair. Rockwall's BEST!

I was having some heating issues and All Care Comfort Solutions came out to fix the problem...it was just a fuse and they didn't charge me a penny! No trip charge, NOTHING, not even a dime for the fuse. If you are looking for a HVAC company with integrity and honor, I highly recommend these guys.
