Lawn care is great. Holiday lighting is the worst in terms of keeping track and installation. I'll elaborate after I see what canned response I get.

It was very windy when they serviced the yard this morning, which concerns us as to how much good the fertilizing and whatever else they did, was actually good. No more than 10 minutes spent on fertilizing and weed control - if that long - and that included getting out equipment and returning equipment to truck.

I used Emerald Lawns last year and my last treatment was in December. My grass only kept on getting worse and worse. the tech only wanted more and more money and expensive treatments. I did the Winter soil conditioner($59.54), Lawn Harmonizer and weed barrier ($59.54), fall root zone feeding ($70.36), Topdressing and aeration ($406.34), Lawn stress reliever ($59.54) Grubworm control ($89.41) and on and on. I spent a few thousand dollars and I just ended up with dried up, burnt grass. They fried my grass! After all that they still continued to come and bill me for the service. DO NOT USE THEM OR FALL FOR THE EXTRA CHARGES AND TREATMENTS!!! Here some pictures of my horrible lawn, I wish I could put sound on the pictures but it sounds crunchy all the way through.

Albert was here early and right after our puppy was outside, so perfect timing. Was thorough with his application and locked everything up before leaving!

I was glad he treated for mole crickets. I was surprised that it took this long to determine I had a problem. I was told by my arborist that I had them. These areas of dead grass have been there for a while. I thought it was due to to much shade.

I have used Emerald Lawns a few times with good results but this time was different. The top dressing applied was not the usual fine material, but mostly looked like mulch. I tried to work it into the grass but there was so much that was so large left over. I have since watered several times, had a few rains, mowed it 3x with bagger and still hurts your feet to walk on. I will do it myself next time with the proper material.

I was promptly contacted by the company and offered to come look at it and see what they could do to make it right. At this point the work has been done. I give them another star for customer service.

Since I’ve never had this done before was not sure what to expect. Especially, the water aeration. Seemed like just water sprayed on grass but maybe it somehow burrows down? The top dressing seems fine although if I had done it, I would have layed it down a little thicker, especially on the weak spots. Hopefully in two weeks, I’ll see some positive progress especially in the weak areas of my yard. Anxious to see a thicker, greener lawn.

I have used Emerald for a couple of years now. They do a very good job and let you know when they are coming. Which is good for me cause I have a dog so I can clean the yard of any dog bombs before they come. I would recommend Emerald lawn for any lawn care needs.

Jon was so helpful in fixing a broken sprinkler head and a cracked pipe from the recent freeze. I think it was less than twenty minutes and they were already finished. You could only barely tell that the lawn had been disturbed. I'd recommend him and Emerald Lawns to anyone!

Zeth did an excellent job with my lawn service today! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment he applied. I really appreciate the care and attention he gave to making sure my yard looks its best. Great service—I highly recommend him!

We met our service personnel and he was very personable. We did not see him work so can’t rate that but he was very nice.

I canceled all of my service with Emerald on Wednesday— then they did another application on Friday!!!
When I called on Wednesday—- was on hold forever!!! I finally gave up and called again— this time I selected “add new service “ — of course they answered that line.
I told the “salesperson “ that I wanted to cancel and he needed to pass on that information because I was done trying to contact Emerald!

Big fan of Emerald Lawns. I've been a customer for several years. Yes, I was disappointed that the founder sold, took his money and ran. It has taken a while for the new owners to get everything almost back to where it was.

There are still real bright stars in the company, and the one I want to recognize today is Jon Stroope, who services my irrigation system monthly. We have a large yard (double lot) by local standards, and always have small critters messing up the drip irrigation in the beds. Jon treats my property is if it were his own -- walking all the beds to check for wet spots, checking the controller, and making sure all the sprinkler heads are functioning correctly. Bravo, Jon. You are as good as it gets, and I cannot ask for better!

Jason was professional, communicative, and strict on time. I knew exactly what services I would be receiving from him and Emerald Lawns, I knew when he arrived, what is to be expected during his time working on my lawn, and when he finished his work. Jason updated me on my emerald lawn appointment the day before and let me know what i needed to do to prepare. I was on a meeting when he arrived so he texted me after knocking to let me know once again that he was there, what he was going to do and how long he would take. Once he finished he messaged me that the work was complete. Exceptional service!

I have had numerous issues with Emerald Lawns since I hired them. I have cameras around my perimeter and they often would not treat all the areas I hired them to do. They would spray chemicals over my pool and hot tub rather than walk around them to reach the plants that needed to be treated. The last straw has been that they overcharged my credit card by $389.70. After numerous phone calls and promises it would get fixed I still have not been refunded. My plants do love the service when they do it right but the customer service and reliability is terrible.

Today I had Terrance complete my lawn service. He was prompt, efficient and communicated throughout his whole time servicing my lawn. Great job. Thank you.

I’ve been very pleased with Emerald Lawns. I have a new home and the lawn was in pretty sad shape when we moved in. Technicians like Timothy who do the regular service revived the lawn and keep it weed free and thriving. They text when they plan to arrive and tell me what they’ll be doing. I’ve used other lawn services in the the past and was skeptical, but this one’s been great.
