I do not recommend this business at all!!! They completely try to rip people off!
They were the one that installed my AC unit, so I called them when we had a problem with our AC not cooling last year. They came out, did their 15 mins check, and said there was a leak in the coil. We ended up using their service to install the new coil. The cost was around $1800. And not even within a year, our AC was not cooling again. I called them asked about warranty because it was not even 1 year since they installed the coil. They said they offered 1 year warranty on parts only, not labor. I thought because the coil was still under warranty, the cost to install was probably around $300-400. I called them to schedule a service.

After they came out and checked, they charged me $680 for electronic leak detection?!! And quoted me $2000 for the labor to install the new coil!!! Make it make sense please?! So they can return my coil to the factory and get the new coil for free (because it’s still under factory warranty), and yet trying to charge me $2000 for the labor to install it. When I asked the technician if he could explain the cost, he said I had to talk to the owner - Mark. I tried to call their number and asked to talk to Mark, no one could transfer the call the him.

Please don’t wait your time and money on this business!! We ended up calling someone else, and he found a leak but not in the coil! Also, charged us way less than Texas Comfort Air!

I had contacted several companies before I decided to go with Texas Comfort Air. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Paul was the person I coordinated with and he was very responsive. The crew came on time and finish installation quickly. They worked with me on payment and gave the best quote compared to others.

They also sent me a gift. How nice!

Terry was a great A/C technician with very professional customer service. He communicated clearly the issues and solutions available. As he completed the work (in a timely fashion), he relayed his steps and his progress. In short, cool tech; cool house! The contactor part replacement cost me $580. That is beyond the top price shown to be expected in the picture attached.

Kyler, your service representative, was very professional and knowledgeable while providing service to my air conditioning unit!!! He throughly checked out the unit!!! When, Tyler finished the services, he explained in detail on what work was done and he reviewed the maintenance contract with me!!! I highly recommend this company. They were fast and extremely friendly as well as through in explaining the situation and issues I was having. They are true and honest people. The young man they sent to do an estimate was hands down a 10 star on a 1-5 star rating. He displayed exceptional customer service! UPDATE - We had to get a new hvac unit and air handler for our upper level. When our routine maintenance was done earlier, Jack was able to present us with choices and advice on what to replace and when. Donald, Jack, and Kingston, who installed the new system, arrived promptly and kept me updated on their progress throughout the morning. Their work and professionalism consistently impress me.

this is the best furnace repair service i've used! i was having trouble with my furnace not blowing warm air even though it would turn on. before calling them, another company told me i needed a whole new furnace, but i wanted a second opinion. i set up an appointment and they fit me in quickly. kingston came by, was friendly and explained everything clearly. he said we just needed to replace a part, so they ordered it. on the next visit, jack came out and installed the new part. he worked fast, was very efficient, and answered all my questions. he double-checked the furnace and said it was good to go. i'm really happy with the results! the service fee was very affordable, definitely the best price i've seen. work was done quickly and professionally. i think everyone should try this company for furnace repair—great prices and a great team!

He first detected a blocked drain, then observed the heater was still not functioning properly, so he stuck around to find out what was the problem. Donald then ingeniously identified that we had a faulty pressure switch, and got our heater back up and running in no time. I can't recommend this service enough.
