StevenSons is a tremendous company out of Rowlett. I have used them basically since I have lived in Rowlett since 2008. They installed an AC unit at a high quality. They have continued to give outstanding customer service. I truly do appreciate everyone at this tremendous company! I highly recommend them!!!!

Steve and his team have always gone above and beyond for us. Scheduling is quickly in the hot summer months when our AC would decide to be stupid, excellent communication on parts and pricing, Steve moved our thermostat over as it wasn’t installed over the wall stud. He said he didn’t like it through the drywall and it was only adhered with one mechanical fastener instead of two fasteners making the thermostat easy to be pulled from the wall.

Steve is always looking out for his customers. Carla and Steve are some of the best people you will ever meet. Their team is super friendly and highly professional.

Top notch professionals is what you get. Excellent work for a very fair price. As a builder I have used Stevensons for years and they have never disappointed. They are the best deal around, a local family business that will always treat you right!

Steve Crouse, owner of Stevensons Heating, A/C & Appliance Repair company and his team replaced both the A/C and heater systems in 2006. They installed a solar vent on the roof, added intake/exhaust vents and ducts + other miscellaneous tasks. Since 2006 this team has provided the bi-annual review/maintenance of the systems. Their repair costs are competitive and I consider to be reasonable.
Steve and all the technicians I've met over the years have been skilled, professional, attentive and perform their specific roles in a way that reflects the character and pride they have in their work.
I'd highly recommend Steve and the team......and wouldn't use anyone else............
