We unfortunately had a really bad experience with Javier. He simply didn't show up at our arranged time to do some time sensitive repairs to our HVAC unit, didn't pick up my call afterwards and didn't respond to my followup text message (the text shows as Read). Have a plan B in mind when booking this contractor.

I had a fantastic experience calling Javier to check out our AC unit, which had not been functioning since Sunday night. I reached out to him, and he was quick to schedule a visit, giving me a specific time that he absolutely stuck to!

When he arrived, he promptly diagnosed the problem as a faulty motor. He fixed it right away and charged a very fair price for his service. I couldn't be happier with the quick response and professional service.

Very poor customer service , the GM was very rude and talked about no loyalty. Very unprofessional. Do NOT call this company for ANY service! We've only had our home less than 2 years and we've had nothing but problems with the system they installed.

The 2 ladies at the front desk Christina and Monica were very unprofessional I waited 4 days before they can even come out and when they get here they guy says someone will call me to install a brand new H vac Waited 3 hours no one never called so I call back Christina told me that She needed me to go online to fill out paperwork for financing I told her I don't need finance I will pay for it Then She says she don't know when someone can come out or even when they would order it so I say as soon as possible I would like to have it she said Is someone will call me when they're ready To put in my system I don't even know how long it will be or when So I asked to speak to the manager 4 times she said she was the manager so I said I guess I have to come up there to speak to the manager she told someone in the background that I was threatening her I advise no one to go to them seems like all they want is money they charge you a 100 bucks to even come out to do nothing Look around and sound professional
