Longhorn Heating & AC installed 2 new HVAC systems in my house (Air con + gas furnance) in early April 2024. They were professional, kept the house clean, and protected the floors. The installation itself was done very well, both inside and out, and they hung the blower units with appropriate support. I would recommend them without hesitation!

My friend Tim recommended Longhorn services. I called their office for an appointment in Hunter. Head come out within two hours. He trouble shot my heating system which is over 25 years old and diagnosed it with a bad gas valve. He procured the gas valve stuck on there and all worked fine. But I gotta tell you Hunter make sure my heat was going today. He stayed at my house until 8 o’clock last night. He made sure this Vietnam vet didn’t go cold last night.

This is your AC guy. Charlie and company do it right. Great response time when down, easy to deal with on repairs and new sales. (4 new units now on 3 different properties). Don't hesitate.

Barnaby is the absolute best, hands down , A/C and heating company I have encountered thus far. Charley and his crew have been out to my place a few times now. Literally every single time he has been punctual, professional, very clean, polite, and really great about explaining the problem to my non-understanding ears. My A/C went down twice this summer. When I called him in the evening he was at my house the next morning! I am a single gal and they always make me feel comfortable (very important!) and help me do what I can within my budget. For as long as I live in this area I will never call anyone else, and neither should you.

Wow! What great service! My heater went out on one of our coldest days while I had COVID. He worked with me to come up with a safe plan and came immediately to fix it. Great service and such a kind man!!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for Any and All work needed for your AC/ Heating needs. Doesn’t matter what it is, they are there to help you. I personally cannot thank them enough for helping me. I did replace my complete system with them as it was so old and my electric bills were getting out of control. My coil was leaking so bad it had to be replaced anyhow. They cleaned up everything after the job was done.

This company came recommended by someone in my Neighborhood Nextdoor Ap. I was very pleased with the service. My downstairs AC was not working, and They came to check it out. Now we have had our share of bad luck with AC companies and issues before so I was prepared for a battle or a huge cost on "things needed," but Steve came in and immediately I felt at ease. He walked me through the potential problems, gave me best and worse case scenarios, and walked me through things I should know about my units. Not only was the issues simple (a faulty shut off switch installed previously- incorrectly of course) he did a few extra things to service my unit that he saw that had been done incorrectly by previous technicians at no extra cost. He did install new switches in the proper place so I did pay for those, but it was not necessary. I also told him I want s to sign up for the Gold servicing package so that they would come out twice a year and keep my units in working order. He told me it was not necessary because both units were relatively new and it would be a waste of money for me. I really feel like he took the time to make sure that I understood everything that had been done, he made sure everything was good inside and out, and he wouldn't let me purchase more than I needed. After being shafted by other service type companies, I am thankful to Steve and the people at Barnaby's for restoring my faith in the service industry. I highly recommend this company and will be telling all my friends.

Barnaby was EARLY for his appointment which we all know is unheard of. The service was awesome and there was never any pressure to purchase from him, but he gave us great service and an awesome price. I'd use them again. Thanks guys!

We have utilized this company twice now and they have been upfront about A/C unit malfunctions, cost of repair and very honest about the remaining life of our unit (all fact checked after the service call). They don't try to shove a whole unit replacement down our throats when they come out to assist with issues. For the area, the prices are very reasonable when factoring in the years of experience, thoroughness, and especially how quickly they can service the unit during the summer busy season. I'm very happy we found a company that knows what they're doing and knows their worth but aren't trying to squeeze every last penny out of their customers.
