Got home from work, walked in the house, and the temp inside was 85. Called Kaitlyn at Barnaby Heat and Air, and she sent a technician to the house within an hour! Devin performed a thorough inspection and found the compressor capacitor had gone out. He replaced it, reinspected the entire system again, verified indoor air coming through the vents, and cleaned the outside unit. Impeccable work and great communication throughout. This is why I continue to use Barnaby for over 15yrs. Amazing company!

Devin came out today and serviced my HVAC. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to go through each system and check its workings inside and outside. His final report was concise and he explained everything to me. I highly recommend Barnaby Heating and Air.

Work was performed professionally and expediently. We were having problems getting proper return from our master bedroom. Barnaby team found a way to add a return from our downstairs master bedroom to attic. I definitely would consider them for any work involving HVAC.

I love this companies new software which provides scheduling reminders, pricing, and then offers me a chance to leave feedback. Charlie and Jenn are super fun to be around, and the technicians makes me feel good about selecting this company for furnace repairs.

We called Barnaby Heating and Air after our A/C system failed. Charlie Barnaby, the owner, responded quickly and showed us the problem. He offered us several options to consider and explained the benefits of going with the Carrier Infinity System and boy, are we glad we did. While the Infinity system was slightly more expensive, it turned out to be an excellent value. We found that the Infinity System provides better comfort, it is quieter and more energy efficient. The installation was completed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Barnaby Heating and A/C. They are responsive, trustworthy and professional.

No one wants to buy a new AC unit, and even when they have to, they don't want to. Clarity and honesty are hard to find when it comes to any sales pitch, but Charlie gave it all straight forward. Pros and cons of cheap, mid and high end units. Told me what I needed (according to my home size and what was in before) and gave me the choice, not just what he wanted to sell. They also fixed pipes that were initially installed incorrectly in the attic.

I've dealt with Barnaby Heating and Air for around 3 years. I don't call people back (much less let them I to my house) if I didn't trust them.

We had a great experience with Barnaby Heating and Air when they came out to our home to diagnose an issue with our air conditioning unit. From the moment they arrived, both the technician and his assistant were extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through what was going on with our system and discussed all of our options in a way that was easy to understand and never pushy.

Our unit isn’t very old, so we appreciated that they were honest and confident that it could be repaired rather than immediately suggesting a replacement. They clearly knew what they were doing and got right to work. Once the repair was complete, they cleaned up thoroughly and put everything back exactly as it was—you honestly couldn’t even tell they had been there.

Most importantly, our AC is back up and running perfectly. They also shared helpful maintenance tips, like making sure filters are changed monthly, to help keep our system running efficiently moving forward. It’s refreshing to work with a company that combines expertise, integrity, and great customer service. We would absolutely recommend Barnaby Heating and Air to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Bruce was wonderful to work with. His quote was competitive with others I spoke with, even slightly lower. He felt honest to me. He was friendly, efficient, quick. Our AC was down mid-summer and he got it fixed and we haven’t had a problem since. I highly recommend his company!

Justin, Matt and Mason did an excellent job replacing an evaporator coil, installing a Reme Halo air purification system and other general maintenance/repairs on our 2 - 12 year old HVAC units. They arrived on time, finished the job when estimated and explained everything done in layman's terms to assist in getting maximum performance and longevity out of my system. I also signed up for a very reasonably priced maintenance plan to keep everything checked regularly. Highly recommend.

Moving from out of state , I did not know who to call. I am glad I picked this company to look at my heat and air . They have been out several times and every time they were great! They were on time and worked efficiently all while being nice to me. The last tune up on the furnace they even checked the filter and seeing it had just been changed, did not change it again ! Bruce to the RESCUE! I called him after another “big name” company came out and quoted us $11,000 for things that could “not be fixed”. Bruce took care of us for a FRACTION!!! $500 of ONLY the necessary things we needed and we are back up and running- with no dishonesty and schemes to get us to purchase a brand new unit . Our kids will sleep cool tonight upstairs. So glad there are still honest people in this world! THANK YOU!!!

Bruce and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. We shopped around at several places when starting to look for a new AC unit. It is a huge investment and we wanted it to work well. He was not pushy and not trying to upsell. He also wasn’t skimping on the product that he thinks does a good job. He listened to our complaints about performance and explained how we could make it a bit better for a room that always ran hot in the summer. He gave us several options and walked us through the pros/cons of each so that we had the knowledge to decide what is best for us. When it came time to install he had availability quickly. He was present for the whole install. He and his team were timely the day of the install and cleaned up everything when they were done. I didn’t think installing an AC unit could be enjoyable but Bruce made it very simple. Bruce will be our go to AC guy for any further maintenance or when we need to replace our next unit. We have not hesitated to recommend him to friends and family either.

My experience with Advanced Texas Air Conditioning has been excellent! Justin and Matt are outstanding! They have always done a great job of explaining what needed to be done and have taken the time to answer all my questions and even helped me with the set up on my new thermostat (which I love)! Bruce tried to accommodate me for a schedule and was able to fix the issue. He is very kind and helpful.

Bruce came out and diagnosed an issue with our defrost board that was causing heat to blow when on cool. He was able to quickly fix the issue. Appreciate the quick turnaround time and great customer service.
