I had Advanced Texas Air come out for my seasonal check for the first time in May. They checked everything, said it was running smoothly, just need some freon, which wasn't out of line. The tech was knowledgable, informative, punctual and thorough. I signed up for their maintenance plan which I felt was a good value.

Yesterday I called mid afternoon because my thermostat was saying 'C299" and not functioning. Bruce answered, I could tell he was at a job and I told him it wasn't an emergency, it was just starting to warm up in the house. I didn't think I would see him for at least a day or two. He stopped by in a couple of hours and it turned out the thermostat, a relatively new Nest, needed batteries. I know he won't always be able to do that but I certainly appreciated it yesterday!

I am thrilled with the customer service I get from Advanced Texas Air. The previous companies I had out either wanted to the replace the unit (that is still functioning well!) or do some maintenance that was at least $1,000. (That must be the tech's sales quota for those companies that advertise so much.)

I had heard about Advanced Texas Air from some friends who use them for both their commercial and residential properties. I highly recommend them!

Everyone has horror stories about HVAC companies. Predatory service calls, overpriced repairs, etc. That's why we looked so long, and talked to many people before we called Advanced. In my opinion, we hit the jackpot. They never tried to oversell us. They gave us great recommendations on equipment. The installation of our new system had a small issue that we discussed and fixed quickly. They listen and suggest, and they do what they say. They come out regularly to check on our new installation. It's full service with no hassles and no stress. Avoid the horror stories and call Advanced.

Advanced Texas Air was a referral from a friend. I had been quoted $4,500 for a repair from 1 a/c company. The tech from Advanced Texas Air confirmed the problem but the quoted repair cost was $1,000 less. I still didn't want to spend $3,500 on a 10 year old system. I talked with both a/c companies about options and ultimately decided a new system was my best option.
Bruce's opinion was a heat pump was the better option for my all electric home. Bruce's price with a middle of the road heat pump by Rheem was better than the furnace/ condenser combo from the other company.
Bruce & his crew arrived on time for the installation. The installation took about 5 hours. The cleaned up after the installation. Advanced Texas Air filed my warranty paperwork. A/c is working great.

Justin and Matt came out this time and the experience was nothing less than what I've come to expect from this company. Had a fantastic experience dealing with Bruce. He sent a technician out and he gave a quote on both to repair and replace the ac. We decided to go with replacement as our ac was 22 years old. There was a misunderstanding with the quote his technician gave, but Bruce agreed to honor it. They were able to come out 2 days later and install the new unit. Install was very professional and cleaned up very well after. I would definitely use his company again. Very seamless and new ac blowing nice cold air

I've had Advanced Texas Air Conditioning handle AC issues for me in the past and was pleased with their service, but sometimes you don't really know what kind of company you're working with until things go very wrong. That's what happened with my air conditioning, with a backed up drain causing flooding damage through the kitchen ceiling. Advanced Texas Air Conditioning responded very quickly to my urgent call and someone was onsite incredibly fast. They handled the AC drain issue and installed a new component that will allow the drain to be purged so it doesn't happen again. They are well connected and they leveraged their contractor contacts to help me get sorted on the collateral damage. They are skilled technicians and their communications were timely and effective from the first contact. They're really good people and a really good company. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommend Advanced Texas Air Conditioning. The owner, Bruce, was responsive and communicated well through every step of the process, from taking the call on Sunday afternoon, when the old unit went out, through the final inspection of the newly installed HVAC system. He was available, punctual, reliable, and answered all questions, explaining things in terms that were understandable. He showed concern for the situation and was very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. It was like doing business with a trusted friend. His crew was efficient, polite, hardworking, and cleaned up everything behind themselves. Even dealing with Janna, over the phone, was a pleasure. Have already recommended this company to a couple of friends.

I’ve been using Bruce and his guys for 5+ years. He works on my home units and my AC at my business. Bruce the owner always answers the phone, always makes the effort to be there for you, gets the job done at a reasonable price. I never have to worry about the service and care he offers to me. I've used Advance Texas Air twice as a Realtor to do an inspection. Both times these guys have done a fantastic job. Today, John and Jerry met me in Coppell and inspected my buyers soon to be HVAC system. They were on time, professional and explained their findings to my client. I highly recommend them!

I had an issue with my AC not being able to turn on after I arrived back home from a vacation. I was unable to figure out why the unit was not working and needed some more techincal assistance. I am very glad that I contacted Advanced Texas Air Conditioning for my needs - they were able to arrive the very same day and assess the problem. Bruce arrived at my house quickly and was able to figure out what was causing my problem very fast and also repaired a furnance wiring that was incorrectly installed. I felt that the price was extremely reasonable and affordable and am very thankful for having my AC running again before the heat of the summer! Thank you so much and I will be contacting this company again if I have any other AC problems.

They give honest assessments and will work to repair, rather than immediately want to replace as so many other companies do.
