We are so glad to have Advanced service our HVAC systems. Knowing they are working and safely operating our natural gas heaters as well as our air conditioners during the Texas summers.

Bruce is great...I had my furnace installed a few years back and have had no issues. Fast forward to this month and my air conditioner went out. I tried to work with my warranty company to no avail so I called again and received excellent service and it was very timely.

He explains everything to you as far as what is needed and what is not a long with all regulations that may affect the HVAC system.

I just had two A/C technicians at my home, Justin & Matthew and I couldn't be more impressed. Both men were kind, professional, and respectful throughout the visit. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly and in a way that I could easily understand, which I truly appreciated. It's clear that whoever hired them knew exactly what they were doing—these are top-quality professionals who represent the company with excellence.
I truly hope the company treats you well and that you're fairly compensated for the great work you do—you deserve it.

A/C coil pack replaced under warranty. Very pleased with the service. Crew was very professional and did a great job.

Bruce and team are great! They quickly replaced our dying system with a great new system. We now have a reliable system that has awesome modern features and improved efficiency.

Bruce and his team did an excellent job in installing a new heating pump. They were professional and they showed up on time. Taking out the old unit and making sure the new unit was installed and working before leaving. He even helped by adding vents in the bathroom. That didn't have any before. His team was also able to blow in insulation to my attic at a small cost more.

The two technicians who came to check our heating system were very professional and knew what they were doing! We are long time customers of this company and have known the owner for many years. This is a top-notch company, and we highly recommend them!!!

Justin and Jerry did a great job and were in and out in less than an hour. I will always explicitly ask for Justin because I can ask questions about his process and tools. Justin explains what he is doing, why he's doing it, and how to interpret the numbers from various tools.

I have one word to describe the Maintenance Service provided by Justin - OUTSTANDING!! He was professional, very thorough and explained all the checks he performed on my A/C and items found. I use gas in my home and really do appreciate the health checks he performed to ensure there are no carbon monoxide issues as well as auto shutoff functionality when certain thresholds are triggered. There was dirt accumulating on one side of my outdoor until and he hosed that off for me, as well. I spoke with Bruce on the phone when getting this setup and he was great, too and very friendly and called and texted to let me know when Justin was en route. The office staff was great, too! Such an awesome team over there! I'm glad I found you all!

Great service company! Always polite and on time and clean. I'm on a maintenance plan with them and so they come regularly and even change my filters. Janna in the office is so sweet when she calls and Bruce is an expert in HVAC.

People are friendly and do a thorough job at servicing the unit. Would definitely recommend getting on the service plan. Why wait till your unit stops in inclement weather and you don’t have a/c or heat , plus your unit is running energy efficient without any problems. They even give you a free courtesy gift as being their customer. Thanks to a great staff.

I called and they were able to come out the same day on a Saturday. Justin was our technician and was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional and went over and beyond to check the complete system. He was informative and let us ask him a lot of questions. I am very pleased and impressed by his knowledge and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Highly recommend.

Coldest day of this year so far and my heater just quit on a Sunday. Bruce came out and fixed it. I didn’t mind paying a little more since they aren’t open on Sundays. I am beyond grateful and impressed by his expertise.

Advanced Texas Air Conditioning is my go to for all hvac needs. Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and fair with pricing. I can tell by the positive attitudes of his employees that they enjoy and care about their work. The customer service is top notch.

These guys are awesome, can't recommend them enough. They replaced our 20+ year old HVAC system a couple years ago and have been doing regular maintenance on the new one ever since. They are fair priced, have great customer service and will go out of their way to help you in a pinch (including Bruce himself), but most of all are honest people and have good integrity. Bruce has a good bunch working for him, it's hard to find people like them.

I was extremely pleased with this company. David, the owner, and his entire crew were very courteous, knowledgeable & neat! (They covers my floors & carpets w/o being asked.)
We've used them several times and they are always on time & text when on the way.
We always get 2 or 3 quotes and Acclaim's has always been comparable or less expensive than others.
