The crew that came to do my duct work were on time and worked together as a group. It went like clock work. All were professional and answered my questions and gave me information on my new ducts. They stayed to test each vent for the degrees it was running. They even checked my air conditioner outside and found a hornets nest they removed to make everything run smooth. They cleaned up inside and out. I am very pleased with their work. I would strongly recommend their service.

Called Acclaim Air Conditioning and Heating and spoke to Donna. She was very helpful and got me quickly set up within two hours of the call. Michael came out and quickly assessed the problem. Shockingly, the gas line had never been connected by the prior contractor -Rockwall One Hour Air. The HVAC unit was purchased new( only 6 months old) and the unscrupulous owner ( Nathan Dickinson) never told me it was not even finished. He just left me high and dry . Acclaim got it done. Michael was outstanding. He completed quickly and efficiently providing the before and after photos. He was straight with me, easing my concerns after being burned by the previous company. This is a stand-up company who have earned and will have my HVAC business in the future.

Excellent customer service, starting with my phone call requesting HVAC repair. Nate in the office was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened completely to what I thought may be the issue and made a tech appointment that fit my schedule. The tech, Luis, arrived on time and quickly found the issue with our thermostat and HVAC and repaired our system on the spot. Price was very reasonable, and services were excellent. I contacted Moore A/C on a Monday morning that my AC had stopped working. A technician, Luis, responded on same day and restored service :) He was thorough, professional and courteous.
Fortunately the weather had been cool most of that week; unfortunately, the following Saturday evening, it was again not cooling. (Our home was built in 1996 and still using most of the original HVAC.) As had been my experience with other companies, I called it in, expecting to leave a message with a messaging service, hoping that we would be 'put in the que' for early the following work week. My expectation were at best, hopeful; instead, Steve Moore personally called back and came out 30 minutes later and, worked well into the evening to get my working again! My AC is working better than ever. Diane and I quite impressed; in fact, she stated, "I guess we've found another HVAC company."
