Best in town! We've used Moore for years and they continue to impress. Steve who is the owner is one of the nicest guys out there and his tech Luis is as solid as they get. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, fairly priced and top notch customer service. All of the things you look and hope for when calling a service provider. Just yesterday we had them out because we're selling our home and inspector said i needed freon added. They came right out, tested my unit and said it was good and wrote me an invoice to present to buyers stating the same. Only charged me a minimal trip charge to do so. Very honest and that's not easy to find these days.

We have used Moore A/C & Heating Services for over 35 years. When we needed a new system a few years ago, the price quoted was fair and the installation was timely and efficient. I had a blower fan go out in my attic AC unit and after seeing all the glowing reviews, I reached out to Moore AC to see if they could help me out. Steve came out in the morning and quickly diagnosed the issue. He came back out that afternoon with the new fan and had us up and running in no time. I will continue to use Moore for any HVAC issues and will definitely recommend them to anyone that is in need of great, quality service.

My A/C & Heating unit was installed 20 years ago so it was time for a new system to be considered after a start capacitor went out about a month ago. Called one of the "Big Guys" and got it repaired and asked for estimate on a new system. After getting the estimate , I decided to get a second opinion. On recommendation of a close friend I called Moore Services and Steve Moore came out to take a look and give me an estimate. Turned out, I new some the same people that he did work for so I knew then he did good quality work. He gave me several choices on various types of systems. After picking one, Steve and his crew came out and installed it the following Monday. They did an excellent job, very professional, very polite, honest and hard working. Steve is a great guy to work with. Whether Moore Services is your 1st call or your 2nd opinion call, you can't go wrong with them. Everyone that I spoke to at the company is very polite and easy to work with. GREAT JOB GUYS !!!

We had an evactuator fan out on our 22 year old Bryant gas furnace. I had several companies give a quote for the repair and a cost to replace the heater. Steve Moore, the owner of Moore Comfort came by and had detailed quotes back to me in a few hours. His repair quote was the lowest I received (less than half of the highest quote). I decided to with replacing my heater based on the 3 alternates he gave me,

Moore’s crew was there the next morning and had the new heater running by noon. I plan to call Moore Comfort for any future HVAC business I might have and highly recommend this company. There’s a good reason they’ve made it as a family owned and operated business since 1986 and I’m so glad I called them.

5 Star was very quick to respond on a Sunday, and completed the work the next day on my HVAC unit. Fully recommend, especially the tech Rick Bledsoe, he was super nice and knowledgeable.

Update: 5 Star has come to the rescue again. My furnace died and 5 star assisted me in gettting a new furnace. As before, 5 Star was very helpful and professional through out the entire process. Thank you 5 Star!
I made the right choice of contracting with Mr Vargas and his 5 Star team. They were professional and honest and overll did a greeat job installing my new unit. Mr Vargas was also very helpful and flexible with my financing options. 5 Star you have gained a client for life.

This company is affordable, and awesome! They were very professional, and nice. We plan on using them for all our rental properties!

They were definitely responsive. Came the next day to diagnose a leak. Tech was in my house 15 minutes removed the AC panel took a picture of my evaporator coils and told me they were dirty and needed to be cleaned and that was causing the leak. Quoted me $1250. Didn’t sit right with me. I called a different AC company, tech came out the very same day and determined the drain pipe that 5 Star previously installed was loose and had never been sealed, I have visual proof. This tech fixed the pipe and vacuumed the standing water out of the return reservoir left from the leak that 5 Star created and completely ignored instead wanting to charge me $1250 to clean my evaporator coils. Be wary get a second opinion.

Our a/c went out on a Saturday night. I sent a message through Yelp, and they responded with a suggested time the next morning. The communication through text is ideal - they kept me updated on the arrival time, and even sent a picture of the tech himself, which I found very refreshing. The tech (Rick Bledsoe) was on time, professional, and had cool air coming out in about 20 minutes. No exorbitant weekend prices- just fair service call and parts prices. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this HVAC company. They were fast and efficient with the installation of our new AC unit. The team kept everything clean and tidy throughout the process, and they took the time to explain the troubleshooting in a way that was easy to understand. My AC went out over the weekend and with the temps being around 105F I needed someone to come replace it as soon as possible. These guys were able to come out first thing Monday and got it taken care of for me. I was very pleased with their service and the unit they installed is working great. I wasnt home at the time they did the work and it was nice that they were able to contact me by text to let me know the job was done, and I called them up and made the payment. All very simple.
