I’ve been using Moore Services since 1993 for regular maintenance and emergency calls on my A/C and furnace. Always professional and courteous. Also, they will let you know when it’s time consider replacing a part/unit or what to keep an eye on. Never a hard sell but they want you to be an informed homeowner so you can be comfortable in all seasons and avoid potential problems.

Have used MOORE AC HEATING at least 10 years for maintenance and service of my 21 year old BRYANT unit. Tech LUIS has always been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Explains any questions I may have. Today he fixed the unit and is now running beautifully. Thank you, Luis.

Moore A/C & Heating Services has serviced my HVAC system and even replaced the entire system many years ago. There was a brief period of time when I was drawn away by A #1 Air and that was the biggest mistake I ever made. (I even apologized to Steve Moore for cheating on them!). Moore Services has been built on the principle of integrity. They tell you the truth, give you options and never upsell you products or services you don't need. They have excellent customer service, terrific technicians (Luis is awesome) and are forgiving when you fall for flashy ads and get burned. I will never use anyone else ever again!

Thoroughly pleased. A polite and competent technician showed up within one hour of my call. I was shocked at the low price. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within one hour. Noticed air conditioner was not blowing cool air around 2:30 Friday afternoon. Moore A/C said they could have service technician to our house between 3 and 5. Technician called around 4:30 to advise he and assistant were on their way. They arrived on time and fixed our problem at a very reasonable price. They were both very professional. We highly recommend this dependable, knowledgeable company.

Moore A/C installed our A/C system 18 years ago. They have serviced our unit since then with semi-annual preventive maintenance. They recently installed a new coil due to refrigerant leak. Called about my ac unit not working properly. They came out that very day. Luis was professional and courteous, and found the issue promptly and advised me what the unit needed. He had both parts in his service truck, installed and unit running in about 30 minutes.
Great service on my 30+ year old unit. I would definitely advise giving them a call with any issues you may have with your unit. Again, Luis was GREAT.

We had some Air Conditioning issues after a storm. Called and Nate answered the phone and got all my information. The next morning Steve showed up to service our unit. After checking he found that it was simple power issue. He serviced the inside and outside units and found that it was low on refrigerant. Once everything was completed the unit was running light new. Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what was completed in layman terms. He answered all our questions and will used them again if we have any issues in the future.

Steve, Scott and the rest of the team at Moore are an absolute pleasure to work with. They just replaced two furnace units for us, and everything went seamlessly. They simply do what they say they will, and there are no surprises. It’s great to work with a family owned and operated company that treats you like part of their family, while at the same time offering world class expertise and knowledge, with a servants heart. Moore Services has a good reputation. We have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. All employees detail out clearly and concisely any problems found. Where there is more than one possible solution, all are given to the customer. The customer and the technician decide on the solution. They are respectful of the customer's time and they arrive on time. They charge industry standard prices. The job is done right the first time. The labor and parts are on warranty. When you need immediate service because of weather conditions to repair a heater or air conditioner, they come as soon as humanly possible.
Over the 10 years, we have had work done that required repair or replacement of units. The technicians clean up the areas well. Our most recent experience was in June 2025 when we had a burned out motor on the air conditioner. It required a replacement unit. Within two business days, Moore Services found and picked up a new unit and installed it on the third day. This was done while they were swamped with other customer calls. I highly recommend Moore Services.

We’ve used Steve Moore for almost thirty years. The service we received this past week when our 22 yr old system died was outstanding. Steve brought us a portable unit to use until the new HVAC could be installed. He went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for and personally oversaw the installation. Our only regret is not listening to his advice to replace our system sooner. Moore AC and Heating is simply the best!
