Nerio Tarin came out this morning to do our summer AC tune-up. He did a great job cleaning and checking our outside units and then our inside units.

I really like that the company replaces my filters and take the old ones if I have new ones available for them.

Nerio showed me the temperatures coming out of the vents to verify the temps were good. He also showed me pictures of the coils and inside the ducts so I could see how they looked as well. He explained options I might consider if I wanted to keep my ducts and air cleaner.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that any questions I had were answered. It was a good experience.

I’ve been using Arthur Heating & Air for about 20 years in 3 different houses. They always do great work and are very friendly and professional.

Abel was a great help today. This is the best family business! All of the techs are a very hard working, honest, super nice group of people. I even sent them to my mother's house, and they are her regular ac and heating team now.That's a big deal for me to send someone to mom's!

I have used Arthur Air for a couple years on my old system. All their techs are professional and courteous. This spring I decided to replace my 16 year old system. Clint gave me a very competitive bid with a great warranty. Erick and his team did a beautiful job on the install. I would recommend this company for AC repairs or if you are shopping for a new system. They also have an A+ BBB rating which I always look for in choosing a company.

They replaced our entire HVAC unit.
It went out yesterday, we called at 3pm on a Friday and they had it up and running Saturday by end of the business day. Amazing! The staff was great and the price was super competitive.

He showed me things a few previous techs did not point out at all with our system and it was the most helpful of them in my opinion. One of their technicians, Jack, came to our house in the evening to fix our heater. The weather was below freezing and the roads were covered in ice. I greatly appreciate the willingness of Jack to come fix our heater with how late we called!

When he discovered a larger issue with the system, he took the time to sit down with us and clearly explain our best options moving forward. Arthur Heating and Air have serviced our AC/Heating repairs and maintenance for years. They always get to us right away when we need them. And this year they installed a new unit at a very reasonable cost. They are very reliable, reasonable, courteous and professional.

I had three quotes already, but I sure am glad I got the fourth! David realized the other guys were telling me I had a 2.5 ton condenser when I actually had a 3 ton. David was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient answering all of my questions. They also made several changes that the other guys never mentioned like the importance of the drain lines being at a slight angle or the plenums being fully supported when hung so that they doesn't bow in the middle letting air and dirt in. There was no pressure to upgrade, but we decided to go with the two stage compressor for added comfort. Lennox was out of stock, so we got upgraded to variable speed compressor and two stage furnace at no extra cost. The other guys didn't even tell me these were options. My husband and I are so excited to have a quieter and more comfortable home.

Arthur Heating and Air did a replacement of my inside and outside A/C units. They were great from start to finish. Kaytee is one of the dispatchers she was very friendly and professional. Jack is one of the technicians and explained in detail all of our options to fix our air conditioner. We decided that it was time to fully replace since our old unit was 20 years old. On the day of the install Kyler, Erick, Luis, and Brandon came to the house and were very professional and clean while doing the installation. Clint, one of the managers at Arthur Heating and Air, came over and explained the most efficient way to run our new unit so we could keep our electric bill down. Over all experience with Arthur Heating and Air was excellent! We will keep using them and referring them to friends and family!

David was my initial contact and was very professional, had great communication, and was fair in the pricing even when I questioned the quote. Kyler, Marcos and his crew were on-site earlier than the planned time to ensure they could get it done in a day and worked hard all day to get the system installed. Aurthor Heating and Air went over and above for sure. I will be signing up for yearly maintenance and keep them on speed dial! No need to look further when you have found a good provider.

Our heat stopped working unexpectedly a couple weeks ago. We called them in the morning and they had someone come out a couple of hours later. The tech was very professional and explained things in a way I could understand. They even had a great temporary fix while we waited for parts to come in, so that we stayed warm. They came back out a few days later once parts came in and had it fixed permanently after a couple of hours. Super easy to work with and very professional!
