About a year ago, I had 1 room with carpet steam cleaned and deodorized by a big name carpet cleaning company. They were expensive and the quality of work was average. When I needed this carpet cleaned again, I decided to give a small business a shot and do my entire home. Trusting the 5 star reviews Steam Solutions had, I sent a text for a quote and within minutes received a response. This company was better priced and responsive so I scheduled the appointment. The customer service and quality of work was impeccable! Stains I didn't expect to come out are gone. Gabriel advised that it was possible the stain might appear again once it dried, but nope! A month later, my carpet still looks fresh and clean. He showed up on time, was very accommodating, helped move furniture at no extra charge, even left shoe covers for us to keep! There's a reason this company has 5 star reviews! I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them going forward!

Gabe did an excellent job! Our entire first floor has tile throughout. I have never seen the grout this clean. He and his coworker did the job in 2 hours with very little noise or disruption. Reasonably priced too!

I’ve been using Nature’s Own for just over 2 yrs. I love them! Reliable, on time and wonderful problem solvers. I had an pest issue and were great at trying several things before landing on what solved the issue. And they never over charged me. Excellent service, nice service people.

We were customers of Natures Own for a couple years, and always had decent service from them. Recently was informed from Terminex tech that they bought out Natures Own, unbeknownst to us, and last minute to a scheduled service we were not made aware of. The entire handling of this situation, our contract, and the lack of ending customer service left much to be desired. Moot point now, given the buy out. Unfortunate. Their product was the first over three other companies, that did not aggravate our son's asthma. Disappointed.

Henry and Justin answered the call after 3 other pest control/chimney sweep companies deemed our house too complicated to service. Henry and Justin were able to clean the bird's nest debris from our flume without a problem and made great time. They were professional, timely, and courteous during the entire service. We would highly recommend this company! After the frustration of 3 other companies, I would start with Nature's own for any problem!

Had 8AM appointment, tech didn't arrive until 10AM. Inspection and cleaning of my chimney was sufficient. Altho, the tech mentioned that my chimney wasn't really dirty. I was shocked that the price for basic inspection and cleaning increased by nearly $100 from the previous year, and they gave me a bid of $650 for simple repairs that I can do myself for about $25 in supplies.

I am very impressed with how Nature’s Own does business ! The gentlemen who came to service my Chimney, were vey knowledgeable and able to explain so as I could understand. I really liked the way Henry looked me in the eye while speaking to me! I felt totally at easy with these gentlemen. Thank you!
I also want to add that the pricing seemed very good. I’ll add when repairs are completed. 🤗 IMO Nature’s Own Pest Control is a very good company! Worth your business!! ⭐️
