The representative that came out was very polite and professional. They did a great job of answering all questions I have. I usually tend to worry but I felt comfortable about the work they did. They took care of my pests, so I'm a happy camper now.

I recently had a scare with termites so I contacted natures own in San Antonio and they sent a technician out the very next day. The tech was very professional did a termite inspection and treated my home. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely use them for all my other pest or lawn care needs.

These guys ROCK!!!! I was spending many sleepless nights once I started getting mysterious bites on my arms and legs. I knew something was up.

Finally, after a week of waking up in the middle of the night with a flashlight, surveying my bed, I looked on the pillow next to me and found a bug. It looked like a speck of dust but once close enough with the light, it started to move. I caught it in a plastic bag, waited for the sun to come up, called Nature’s Own Pest Control from San Antonio Texas and spoke with one of the representatives. He was at my apartment confirming the infestation by early afternoon that same day.

The technician immediately put me at ease and made this traumatic experience suddenly more manageable. He was very knowledgeable and offered constant support throughout my experience. After days of prep, my apartment was treated for a light infestation. When I moved back in, I was still anxious. After 3 nights, I noticed a new bite. I freaked out and the same guy who had treated my apartment came back over the same day that I called him to do another inspection and assured me that the bugs were gone. They let me know that a new bite or seeing a bug immediately after treatment is super common. Just like any other pest treatment, bugs will come out and die in the days immediately following. Even though there is no chance any pest will live in my apartment due to the treatment I received, the technician still took the time to do a full on inspection. He flipped up my new bed frame and mattress to look. With a flashlight, he looked all around my apartment, in drawers, around walls and by the time he left, I felt much more safe and able to relax. I am now two weeks in, bug free, no new bites. Phew!!!!

Bottom line, these guys really know their stuff and it makes everything easier. They are also extremely realistic and honest about how much work goes into prepping your place for treatment no matter how light or heavy of an infestation you have. They are also constantly available to answer your questions and help support you through it. This is the first company in a long time that I felt like I could trust. They didn’t price gouge me and we up front and honest through the whole procedure. I am so happy I found these guys. As anyone who has had this pest in their home knows, it is a life altering experience. Had them service my chimney starting in 2021. Work wasn't completed till 2022 due to back order of items needed which I tried to be understanding of. However, numerous attempts needed to fix my cracked base in my fireplace as well as the cap. Not including the no shows/cancellations or coming and leaving without working on it. First cap was completely slanted and didn't sit right. Work finally finished after owner had to come and do the work himself, supposedly right. Here I am about a year later, it's storming outside and I can hear rain drops falling on the flue.... Save yourself the wasted money, don't use them for your chimney services.

We called Nature's Own regarding a huge nest of wasp and spiders around our porch area. James came out and sprayed every inch to make sure they were dead. He came out and sprayed really well and by the time he was leaving dead bugs were everywhere. He also was a very nice employee and carried the company well. We do thank you a ton.

This company is by far the best people out there to service your chimney needs! They specialize in cleaning out chimneys and will make sure to get the job done! I was recommended to use them from a family friend and I am so glad i did. They exceeded my expectations. My chimney has never looked so good. They were the best men for the job. I made sure to even tip them well because I was so pleased with their work! Will use this company again!!

Manuel did a great job! He was on time and completed everything in the first half of my service window. He e-mailed my receipt to me with pictures of my service, a summary, and an appointment suggestion for my next maintenance check on my fireplace and chimney. I have already gotten a quote from Natures Own for additional maintenance checks in my home too.

Nature's Own is awesome. We've been using them for a few years now and they've kept our properties free of pests. They are quick to respond any time there are question or concerns and we very much appreciate them. You can't go wrong with this company for all your pest control needs.

We had our chimney swept and the dryer vents cleaned. The tech noticed some repairs needed (50 year old house comes with 50 year old problems lol) and communicated them clearly and openly. He did a great job and was very professional. Will definitely call again to do more work.

What a marvelous job done by Natures Own Pest Control. Definitely we searched tirelessly how we could get rid of infestation of ants in our lawn until a friend recommended them. I quickly put a call across to them, their customer answered me in a polite manner and excellently. We schedule an appointment on one Tuesday. To cut the story short after their application of chemicals, the whole ants, including bugs,termite, etc made out my lawn, now my kids can have a environment to play. I highly recommend their service.

These people are so nice and understanding. We had a flea problem and they set us up with an appointment right away. Its safe for pets and that was a plus because we do had other animals in the house. They were very fast and efficient. They only had to come one time and the problem was solved way better product and worth the money spent. I recommend this Natures Own Pest Control to anyone who is having problems with pests!

Marcello was thorough and professional, and he did a good job of explaining his chimney repair estimate to someone unfamiliar with chimneys. Had two other chimney sweeps give us estimates, and in the end we booked Nature's Own for the job and requested to have Marcello be the tech assigned to do the work. Will update after my review after the work is done.

The tech that came out, I believe his name was Chris, was very friendly, professional and thorough. He showed me the likely places our critters were coming in from and went through all the available options for treatment. My family will definitely keep doing business with Nature’s Own due to his outstanding customer service!

Technician was professional, clean and was fast (too fast?).
My only gripe is that I did not get photos of the inside flue, which is the reason I hired them. The pictures taken were of everything I can see already just standing in front of the fireplace, I was expecting more thorough documentation with a snake camera for the price, the tech just used their phone. Also, without the photos I have no proof the flue is actually clean since the technician was in and out in 15 minutes and I did not see them working.

They cleaned and serviced our chimney a year ago and suggested a few things that needed to be fixed. We hired them to come back out to fix them during the off season. They were able to fit us in within a week. The technician who came out Marcello was extremely professional and thorough and answered any questions I had. I will recommend them to anyone.

These guys where great.Nature's Own is very professional and accommodating to work with. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and accountable with arriving on time, using the proper equipment that's advertised, and hassle free service. They do it with a smile. I would highly recommend them for pest control. I will definitely use them again!

2025 update - had them out for a chimney cleaning and also to clean out the dryer vents. They did a great job.

It happened that pests completely took over my property. I had fleas and bedbugs to urgently combat and eliminate. Treatment was done for the whole property, I was very worried when moved into a new property after having fleas bite, contacted natures own pest control for solutions or probable advice and they had been so brilliant.
