Once he left I contacted my brother and we decided to go with Nature's Own. Nature's own always is timely and efficient, this last go around our technician was Bobby and he was great, had my chimney ready after a long season of winter fires and got way more lint out of my dryer ducts that I was expecting, and I was expecting a lot! XD Great service and prompt work as always, use them whenever I remember to schedule maintenance.

I caution anyone contracting Natures Own Chimney Cleaning for dampener repairs. I was charged $1500 to replace a Chimney cap and dampener system 3 years ago. I noticed a leak from my flue during the recent rain storm and suspect the leak has been there for some time. I spoke with the service rep at Natures Own Chimney who stated that all work is warrantied for only 1 year and there will be $150 service fee with additional tax along with an estimate for a repair.... Its important to note that the original chimney cap had never leaked for 30 years and now after only 3 years the replacement cap/dampener system needs repair already. As a homeowner I am at the loss with no recourse. I strongly encourage you to seek out a better company for dampener/chimney cap repairs that has a comprehensive warranty lasting longer than 1 year. If you are looking for simple chimney cleaning, Natures own will be able to service your flue with confidence. If you need more I strongly encourage you to seek out better options.
