Rosemarie did a GREAT job cleaning my house! In fact, all of the cleaning professionals who Maids Around Town send out are great.

Recieved a call stating they had cancelled my service as the room with the cat's litter box smelled of cat pee. This was not something they were asked to clean and renigged on the whole job without consulting me. Poor service, would not recommend.

I used this company for over Five years and I have to say they never stood me up and always had great communication! They were absolutely great to work with and all the cleaners they had did an excellent job I have recently moved out of the area and had them perform clean out services which has been reported to me by my realtor were excellent ! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent! My house has never been so clean, Megan did all my laundry, even the dreaded sheets, all nicely folded and put away.

Megan was efficient, polite and friendly; I certainly want her back cleaning my house!

I had a recurring service set up only to be canceled or delayed every single time, and one time nobody even showed up! the final straw was when the cleaner left the key to my house IN THE LOCK ON THE FRONT DOOR rather than putting it back in the lockbox. She also left her cleaning products behind. I wouldn't recommend using this service, too unpredictable and they could have gotten my entire house robbed by leaving that key in the front door. absolutely insane.

When I first called for service he said that it will be $83.00 including tax and when I checked my account the next day I was charged $93.00. The girl Gloria who came to clean my 2 bedroom apartment was very very slow. She took 2 hours to clean my bathrooms. Then she came to my kitchen and just wiped my counter and sweep and mop.
My bathtubs are still dirty. She literally just wiped the bathtub instead of cleaning thoroughly.
I would not ever recommend any one for their service. Now that I am trying to reach them they are not picking up my phone.
Not happy at all.

Taylor B is such a lovely sweet young woman. She's a hard, quick worker & is happy to do whatever I ask. Very efficient house cleaner. When she is finished, the house sparkles & smells divine. I'm so glad she was assigned to me. Thank you!

Do not use them, they have caused me so much frustration and we hire cleaning services to relieve stress and frustration. I never know who will be coming and what quality the job will be. I have tried working with them for 2 years. Cleaner today didn't even open the door to my master bedroom and master bath. There was a cleaner earlier that didn't sweep before she mopped creating a muddy haze on the floors. I have had enough and can't believe i have gone 2 years before throwing in the towel.

I've specifically requested that Vera Perez clean my house every visit because she's so thorough and efficient. She goes far above the standard Maids Around Town checklist items and organizes certain areas of my house while she cleans. I truly appreciate her attitude and quality work!

We used to have a good experience with this cleaning service, but lately the quality has gone downhill. We've had 5 instances that I can count recently where the work was done very poorly and was clearly rushed. 2 times our floors have not been swept or mopped, 1 time they used our Dyson and got it clogged up and left it that way with a trail of dirt behind. Trash has not been thrown out, showers have not been cleaned, sinks have not been cleaned.

When we bring the issues up, they seem to try to find excuses and are very difficult to work with. We've cancelled our services and would not recommend using unless you want to re do the work yourself.

My house was a disaster before we booked this cleaning. With two school-aged boys and a new baby in a two-career household it was impossible to keep up. I was concerned about having someone in our house that we didn't know, so my husband and I felt an insured & bonded company that did their own background checks was the best option. We also wanted to support local business so we chose Maids Around Town. I can't believe how easy it was to book (literally 5 minutes) and they were at my house the very next day. We came home to a gorgeous clean home and plan to use them regularly to keep it up! They cleaned (scrubbed!) EVERYTHING and even put clean sheets on all the beds. My shower hasn't been this clean since we moved in this house! Thank you Shandon and Leticia for blessing our family with such a clean home!!

Vera is awesome, her attention to detail and her being very meticulous about her work is excellent. She is a true professional. My wife loves coming home after Vera cleans cause she knows the house will smell awesome. Maids Around Town will always have my business as long as Vera is working for them.

Megan is AMAZING!!!!!! I have never used a maids service before and honestly I was kinda reluctant, but the experience was perfect. I received a courtesy call when she was on her way, she showed up on time. she was a quick worker and got so much accomplished in the time period, more than I could ever do. I'm extremely happy!!!! I will be using their services more often, I would recommend Megan to anyone and everyone who is wanting amazing cleaning services.

Vicky and Connie have been spectacular since day 1 they were sent to clean our house. They have always been courteous and professional. My house looks and smells clean after they leave. Their attention to details is exceptional when it comes to cleaning. These 2 have always been our go to cleaners that we will only wait for them to be available to clean!
