Very professional, fast but good cleaning. 3 ladies cleaning a 1 bed room 450 sq.ft. apartment. In way under an hour. Really just need them once a month.

I think the apartment is now cleaner than when we moved in. And we were the first tenants after construction. They used a team of four maids and finished the entire space very quickly and thoroughly. Will use again.

I am a detail person when it comes to cleaning. I was so impressed and so thankful. My search has ended for the people that knows exactly what I want. The owner and the crew were a ray of sunshine for me. 10 stars of thank yous for a beautiful job.

I’ve been using You’ve got maids for a year now & their service is outstanding & they’re very professional. The owner Sergio is very friendly & he checks up on the crew to ensure the job is being done right. I’ve never had any problems & I definitely recommend them!

I had a horrible experience with this company. My initial contact with them was with a rude CSR. When I called it was near their closing time, the CSR acted as if she was upset that I called. She spoke way too fast and at a very low volume. I asked her repeatedly for her to slow down and speak. She would talk louder for an instant and then go right back a lower tone. After being sped through what I can only assume is her script I set up an appointment time for 9:30am on 8/11/2017. Even though I had to work I took the appointment because I was told the next available day was all the way on 8/22/2017. I waited till after 1045am for someone to arrive or to at least call to explain the reason no one had arrived but no one did. I contacted the company and I spoke to a very nice CSR who then told me that my time was already booked. She then gave me pricing information that I couldve or shouldve been given on the initial phone call. Which would have saved me from sitting around waiting for them!! She told me that a call was placed to the 2 numbers i had on file. Turns out that the number that was taken down for me was inputted incorrectly. I understand human error but this was a truly unavoidable mishap. Will not be doing business with this company.

OMG love these people. I just couldn't keep up with the cleaning before with the job, pets, and baby... These ladies got everything spotless so fast and omg they got things clean that I didn't even notice were dirty!! Bathtub and microwave look brand new now, they got the hard water stains off everything in the bathroom, the kitchen looks awesome, and even the carpet is super clean looking. (Like, way cleaner carpet than when I vacuum. Either I suck at vacuuming or their vacuum is way better than mine.) I even noticed the air vents are clean. It caught the corner of my eye because it looked so different than the usual dustiness lol. Oh and they were totally nice to my dog and got along with him great. I'm just excited to actually be able to relax on my days off now!

Hired Brett and his team to clean my home for my daughter’s birthday party, they came in made our home feel and look clean and presentable, felt great to host guests in our home after. Thank you so much .

Very disappointed in the coordination with the company. I picked them due to being a veteran owned business and would think that they would have the same values as the military. Unfortunately coming on a military installation was difficult for them even after we sponsored them with a pass. The issues was common courtesy of calling me or my wife that they were coming or couldn’t make it due to personnel. In the end, service was ok but not exceptional. If I lived off post I wouldn’t hire them. I gave them numerous chances Bc it was a small veteran owned business and you want to see your fellow service members succeed. Even today, I asked the person on the phone “how can we rectify this situation?” as I had done plenty of times before. Coming next week didn’t work with me or my family. I was scheduled on a weekly cleaning but again it was always something 80% of the time. This was a weekly reoccurring event, nothing new. They could have called me to let me know they couldn’t make it out but didn’t. I had to call them. Sadly, coordination and basic common courtesy is a issue. Hopefully this review will help them moving forward.

My Advice is: Please use the technology of a cell phone and GPS, and to show up for appointment made.

Very disappointed in the way they scheduled a meeting at our office to discuss them being our weekly commercial cleaning company, and never showed. 30 mins after the set appointment (Sergio Made) I called the office number. Sergio answered, and proceeds to tell me... "Oh, I just came from your area, and the traffic and construction are terrible, I can not do that drive, it is too far."

Mind you, he had my address a day in advance, and could of looked up how long the drive was. He made the trip and was in the area, but instead of stopping by and parting ways professionally, he evidently drove off mad at the traffic. I had to call him to see what was going on. Very unprofessional. Will tell anyone looking for cleaning service to stay away.

In my opinion if you don't have the courtesy to show up for an appointment (especially if in the area) you don't have the integrity or values I want from a company cleaning my space.

Andrea and Lidia always do a great Job. They been coming here for a few visits and always remember what I like. They are always on time and work very hard, I am please with cost of their service. When they are ask to check out areas they remember with each visit. I am very happy with hard working team. They don't get distracted with phone calls and such.
