The very first time they came over to clean it was really nice. Afterwards as I continued to use them I’ve noticed the house doesn’t smell clean they use A swiffer and not an actual mop. My floors weren’t getting the attention that they needed because of the swiffer the floors still had stains and looked dirty. I’ve also noticed that the baseboards weren’t clean and yellow rings in the toilet. I’ve also noticed that the shower walls had water stains. I’m usually never home to inspect and made sure it was done correctly. I did inform the lead and am glad she was able to come back and reclean the bathrooms as that was my main request.

The manager, Iris and her team are true professionals, ensuring the cleaning is thorough and complete in a timely manner. The follow through to ensure satisfaction is true integrity and I would recommend this team to anyone who wants the job done right.

Very unprofessional management! One of the cleaning ladies vacuumed up my diamond earrings. When I let them know, the guy calls me and asks if I'm wearing them or if I lost them. He was not taking it seriously at all. Suprise, they found one of my earrings in the vacuum all torn up. But instead of replacing them with a comparable pair, he tried to "fix" the one they found and replace the missing one with a smaller one. He refuses to provide any receipts or info on the earrings. Horrible person to work with. Do not hire this company!!

The Cleaning Authority is a very organized and professional company. They are prompt and methodical with their way of cleaning. I'm a new customer and this the third time receiving their services. So far it's been outstanding.

We had this company come clean our home and every time they cleaned the employees were rushed to clean the house so they could get to the next location. This led to items listed on the cleaning schedule not being cleaned. The team had to return to re-clean on a couple of different occasions. On the last trip the employees accidentally vacuumed up my wife's diamond earrings and the manager accused us of loosing them. Once they finally checked the vacuum bag and found the earring in pieces, the company tried to replace them with a less than comparable pair. Once confronted about the replacement earrings I had looked at, the manager tried to say that a jeweler didn't know what they were looking at. The cleaners were nice but the management needs a whole lot of work. Would NOT Recommend.
