This company is amazing. They do an excellent job every time they come and are very reasonably priced. The owners are very responsive to my requests. I have used them for years and have never been disappointed. Today I had Natalia and Lidia. I have company coming in and had some special requests. Natalia and Lidia exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

We hired for a "deep cleaning" of our home. Since our son was born we've fallen behind with some of the day to day cleaning. The scheduling team and the maids were all very friendly. I was given a list of everything that they will clean in each room of the house and the list looked great, just what we needed! Unfortunately the good stops there.

The maids arrived over an hour late. They really did a sloppy job cleaning the house and missed a lot of spots. They loaded the car with all their supplies before I even had a chance to look at the job they did. My wife called to express her frustration and they said they would send another team out the next day to correct it, which we appreciated. Unfortunately the second team didn't do much better. Even when I pointed out all the things that were missed, they still didn't do it. My kitchen cabinets still weren't cleaned, the shower in our bathroom still wasn't cleaned, there was still dirt in the corners of nearly every room, the list goes on. And once again the maids had the car loaded and were gone before I could really look at it.

I was really excited to work with them. However, I didn’t get the results that I was expecting. They are expensive and bad. They charged me more because “the house needed more work,” and they said the house needed a deep cleaning.
I did not get a deep cleaning. They went back to the house two more times (after the first cleaning) and the house is still dirty. I went to the property to leave blue tape to let them know the spots that have to be cleaned, and still when I went back to the property, the blue tape was removed but the spots were still dirty.
I’m really disappointed because they sold themselves as like they really know what they do, but their job told me a completely different thing.
When I was trying to get a quote from them they were always in top of my calls and messages, but now that we are actually working with them they never pick up phone, or take long time to respond back.
I overall had a really bad experience with them. I know how to clean and what my standards are, and I know this job is not worth the money they charged me.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I paid a total of $329.00, for 2 people to work less than 3 hours, in a 850 sq apartment.
They did a terrible job for that amount of money! They missed base boards, fans, windows, which is what they claimed to clean when I first called them.

I called them the next day and showed pictures of what they missed. They apologized and said they would go back the next day. At that point I was a bit relieved and satisfied that they would correct their mistakes.

Well here are pictures after I went back to check... You be the judge and decide real hard whether or not you want to get ripped off by this "company"

Brett and his team have been amazing helping us keep my grandma’s house clean. He came by to meet her and was professional and so kind. The cleaning team listened to all of our requests for what to clean and did an amazing job! I highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.
