The management is always quick to respond if we have an issue (which is not often), and not just by email - they often come to our office to inspect for themselves. This was a super company to work with. They showed up on time, when they said they would, and did everything they said they would do. The floors look awesome even though they are older floors. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend Master Clean! They are a top notch company!

When we signed up for the service we made it very clear that we need a flexible cancellation policy because of construction work we were having done on our home. We were told we could cancel with 30 days notice. We weren’t completely satisfied with the service and never had the same cleaners, so the work was inconsistent- another reason we canceled. We needed to cancel and we were told by phone that we had to allow 30 days, which we did. We were charged a cancellation fee that I feel was unfair. I reached out to the company and asked if they could work with me and they did not.

SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are a military family, and I have used Merry Maids at 4 other duty stations. After my experience with San Antonio Merry Maids, I will NEVER use Merry Maids again, and I will be contacting corporate headquarters. From beginning to end, this San Antonio office has failed to respond to texts (which is their designated method of communication), and they will NOT provide a window for service. If you are military, I highly recommend using another service because this one has no respect for customers, and they have no interest in being fair.

4 January--If you have a great appreciation for the military and offer discounts as stated, then why haven't you resolved the issue we raised with you? Your company has not responded to our texts and emails in which we requested our key be returned. Why haven't you made an effort to discuss our concerns? If you are committed to working with military members, then I am standing by for a phone call. The issue has been, and remains, your the non-responsiveness of your company. I shouldn't have to log onto Google to read a reply to my post in order to receive communication from your company. Have you tried calling me to discuss? Have you tried contacting us at all? No. You haven't. The only effort you've made is to respond publicly to a negative review in an attempt to counterbalance the negative reviews you've received and to continue to profit. Also, it's unclear to me why you would reference my husband's review. Are you suggesting my husband speaks for me or that my post is mute because only one negative post per family is allowed? Your company is unprofessional. I look forward to hearing from you in person as opposed to online. If you are committed to customer service, then please feel free to contact me or my husband.

Cat is kind, friendly, amazing at cleaning and pays such close attention to detail. Jessica is the sweetest and has the best customer service skills. So grateful I found these gals!

This particular cleaning company is great and have so far met all of my expectations. Between the kids, the cats, and my work schedule, this place gets messy quick. I'm glad that there is a convenient, detail oriented, and trustworthy company in the Boerne area. Do yourself a favor and call Merry Maids to take the load off. Best decision I've made.

I needed to get a customers business clean due to an accident and Merry Maids was there in 2 hours. This was a great relief and my customer was very happy that I was able to find a company as yours to respond so quickly. Customer thought it would not get done until the next day due to the time it happened so late in the afternoon.

I have discussed discrepancies with a representative after verifying what was contracted for. No QA for several months. Different crew every time. Two rooms designated for deep clean per visit never ID’d or done as contracted. Basic cleaning is done but the designated features are lacking.

Judy and Maria arrived a little earlier than I was told they would arrive. I had received two calls asking permission for an early arrival so that was okay. This was my first cleaning with Merry Maids. After a tour of my house they immediately went to work and did the best cleaning I have ever had done. I look forward to their next visit in two weeks. Can I request the same workers for my next cleaning? Thank you.

This company worked to fast and constantly missed the little things. Three items were broken in my home. If they would slow down and focus on the customer and pay attention to what they are doing instead of overbooking their girls which causes them to rush to get to the next job. Me and my partner are both ill hence the cleaning service. Liver issues and cancer. This house needs to be Very clean. Sometimes I had to reschedule their weekly service for illness or Doctor's appointments. They would give me a 30 min window in rescheduling and never showed up on time. Most of the reschedules were never on time. Then I would get blamed for reschedule when they set the time and wanted to come way after 5, which I wouldn't mind if it wouldn't cut into my personal life. The girls that came to my house were so sweet. I will miss them. I do not recommend this company. If you decide make sure ALL your needs are met
