Great service

April cleans for me every other week and does an outstanding job, and always surprises me with extra cleaning that I didnt even ask for and always leaves my house smelling so fresh

I get my house deep cleaned every other week with this company and they always do an amazing job and very professional! I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a good cleaning.

I want to specifically shout out April who did an amazing job! She got our house sparkling for our house showings. We will definitely be calling her back for more cleaning!!

Must say two words to even begin how much of a warm friendly affordable and well explained options the owner and her team came in and brought to the table - Thorough and Exceptional! From moment they arrived I felt like I had relief. My house is usually quite clean but it had reached embarrassing status and they not only made me not feel bad but had words of hope and started knocking out what I thought would have taken at least a full day in the alotted time and budget we discussed. I've had other services from locals cleaning crews and companies and first thing others would say was "I don't do baby messes or ceilings " or the price being charged was so astronomically high I declined. There is nothing short of perfection with this company. Their Boss even referred me to a local area for veterans outside the VFW for help with my PTSD. GOD BLESS DOWNRITE CLEANING SERVICES . Ten out of ten rating from the Vangagnehoami and the Williams family. Mandatory to do business with also very resourceful and well respected by locals including our neighbors as well! I can't express how appreciative I am for their spotless, sanitary, prompt , service is every week. P.S. Jafar absolutely says thanks and loves the igloo post pressure wash and looks forward to seeing you on Friday!!

First of all.. I run a business that I started on my own, so I know how having a business can be. However, this girl April gave me the impression that she was just trying to find the easiest business to try to start to make money. I called to get a quote on an office building that I just purchased with 10 separate rooms that needed to be cleaned. She said she was going to send me a quote and that she had never done anything that big before. I told her the price was fine and scheduled a time for her to come. She never showed up.. I wasted my time trying to get ahold of this girl to see what was going on and why she never showed up. No answer at all that day or the next day. 2 days later she calls me and tells me he forgot about the cleaning… I’m baffled, because this was a pretty costly clean for the size and what was needed. I ended up going with someone else and paid half the cost I would have if I’d actually paid her. Ridiculous, unprofessional and her lack of acknowledgement is remarkable. I’d highly recommend her to not start a business if she’s not ready to own a business and follow thru with her business. Go get a 9-5 job where you click in and click out, since that’s clearly where the mindset is.

Their cleaning services was Wonderful but do not pay that invoice until it is all complete. I paid for the move out special yes it was a last minute booking they did a good job not going to lie but they did. When it came for the move out of the next day, they were a no show.

I called April with Downright Cleaning a week prior to the day I scheduled cleaning services with her. She asked for the address and email address so that she could send a estimates quote. I sent both address and email the same day, but never received an quote. On the day prior to the appointment I had not heard anything from April so I reached out via phone and April reassured me she would be there for cleaning the prior day at noon as well as sent the quote to the correct email address. I accepted the quote after the receiving the email. The day of the scheduled cleaning arrived and she was a no call no show. After about 2 hours past the scheduled time frame I reached out via phone call and text message, received no answer and no response. About 3 hours after the scheduled cleaning time she calls me back with a “family emergency excuse” as to why she didn’t make it on time, understandable because we all have families that come first. April then said to me “I apologize for not being there on time, however I can get my girl and we can be at your house in 45 minutes”. My husband was against it, I however wanted a deep cleaning due to new tenants moving into our home so I agreed to the new time frame of arriving in 45 minutes. Not only did 45 minutes pass by but a whole hour in a half passes by and she then texts saying she’s dropping her kids off and would be on the way. At that point I cancelled. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Take your business elsewhere. Everyone has family who are their priority but this was horrible customer service.

This is such a great company! The owner is amazing and so easy to work with. They clean my office weekly and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend for anyone with a commercial property!

Mr. Figueroa was punctual and very friendly. He was able to answer any and all questions that we had regarding our flooring. He was very honest and did not try to sell us something we didn’t need. Our floors looked phenomenal. Mr. Figueroa even called us to follow up on the results, greatly appreciated. I 100% recommend this company.

Where do I begin!?! As a successful small business owner, I heard about the DCS through friends that have used their service before. I had even met the owner some years back through an unrelated project, a quite charismatic fella! To say the least. I have been renting a home for the past 3 years and Was in the process of purchasing my 1st home. That said we needed to make sure that our house was clean and left as best as possible in order to retain as much as our deposit as possible. Clear our deposit was over $4000 that was because of a program we were going to do to buy that in particular house which we decided to opt out of after our 3 year term. Needless to say we did not expect to get our full deposit since we had been there for 3 years and no matter how much you clean there is normal wear and tear. Well I had after packing everything we had only 2 and a 1/2 days to get this house clean and ready for inspection. I remembered a friend had mentioned defy so I gave Rick a call. Fully aware of his busy schedule he personally somehow squeezed me in to get me taken care of, even doing the project late in the evening to make sure that we were squared away. It turned out more amazing then did what I could have even imagined. I couldn't be more grateful to Rick and his team as I was able to get 100% of my deposit back, well minus $10 for an air filter that I had actually replaced.Defy Cleaning Solutions Is the real, deal and I will certainly not only share my experience with others to hopefully watched them grow, but also use them in the future!
