Always a pleasure to have the Merry Maids team leave my home sparkling clean.

They were able to clean everything way better than we thought! We used them for the Move-out service and it’s so much cheaper than you’d expect and such high quality, we didn’t need to stress about cleaning at all! Thank y’all so much and we will be using you in the future for spring and fall cleaning at a minimum!!!

My first initial was a deep clean and was great. Had four cleaners and each had an area they were good at. Since then I have had a group of two, group of three and even just one cleaner come for standard cleans.
I work from home and care for my mother on hospice, so having them help me out by cleaning this large home is a HUGE help to me. Before each visit I note which area needs more TLC and I let them know and they are more than happy to accommodate.
There is a male cleaner (do not remember name) who does awesome making our beds look like something on a cover of a magazine. This last visit there was only one lady that came and worked her heart out. She did a better job cleaning by herself than an entire group has done.
I wish I knew the names of these exceptional cleaners so I could personally request them because they take a lot of pride in what they do.

YOU ARE NOW THE REASON I NOW POSSESS A DOOR-CAM. I have been with this company for about a year. Their service in one word has been ‘inconsistent’, normally I keep my mouth shut unless it is obviously dirty, and then they need to come back and re-do. This last time was an unfortunate experience. This day I heard footstep leading towards the second floor. Don’t ask me what processed me to ask “hello” several times, but I did, it all went radio-silent, after finally screaming “HELLO” they came out. Scared me. Normally when they come I get heads-up, they either text or knock!
Guys they lost my Shih Tzu’s!! When Merry Maid’s made themselves welcome into my home, they let my dogs out! Said, absolutely NOTHING! Until I realized they were gone! I had to get into my car and drive desperately around my neighborhood! Luckily, I found them 3 blocks away. I was livid. When I spoke with the person in charge, she asked around, and of course they denied it, said the front door was wide open, I was home alone the whole time. I was asked if I had a home camera, thus I cannot prove absolutely nothing. I felt gaslit, very frustrated. They compensated me for a week, but the damage was done they had let out my fur-babies!
WARNING! If you want to cancel their services, this people will hold your account open for 30 days! So, you are stuck!!
Needless to say, if you do business with these people, buy a door camera.

They gave me a window of time to arrive of 12-3. Finally showed up at 4:00. They did not follow instructions of what I wanted cleaned. Did a horrible of of cleaning. Did not move things just cleaned around. and a overalll very poor job. My card that I have prior to the service was charged. Then a week later I was contacted that I owed more than was originally charged and collected. I said that’s not right please have the owner or manager call to discuss.
No one ever called they sent me to collections instead. I highly recommend that you not use this company ever!

I was told initially appt for 12 30. I had to carry my personal phone just in case needed for gate code. They didnot clean behind the murphy bed, bedroom vanity top still no cleaned. Kitchen floor around refrigerator area need some extra cleaning
When I called intake I quess the receptionist didnot take my apt number but got the get code. They did well in the bathroom

This experience with Merry Maids is not new to me. My former wife was very ill during our former experience. She unfortunately past away. We kept the service for a couple of years. The service by the mother and daughter crew which we had was tremendous. I remarried years later. When my dad came to live with us I recommended you to her. The service has been comparable but you keep changing the crew with people who do not speak English. This is unsettling to my wife and I. We were assured we could keep the lady who speaks English. But the constant changes in personnel has been troubling. We ask that you let us keep the lady we have each time and receive prior notification when she will not be coming.

The cleaning has been great, and Jessica is also great. She is helpful and professional. But it is hard to keep you as a service because I am go for months at a time, so I end up having to pay the hourly fee, and that is just too much

I use Merry Maids for the first time and was very skeptical. They did a magnificent job of cleaning, and I will make sure that I use them from now on that. Any person that has kids or animals and just really doesn’t have a tremendous amount of time to clean I would say Use this company.

Merry Maids provided Excellent service for me and my family home. Catherine and Dulce were friendly, respectful and exceeded my expectations with their hard work on my kitchen and bathroom. They scrubbed out stubborn stains. MM accommodated my need for just 2 hours of services X 2 person professional team, much better than a 3 person team out of Shavano Park a few months prior, including no long (or short) phone breaks. I look forward to acquiring the same team for future services. Happy Holdays!

They pricing given wasn't explained correctly. The cleaners would have been able to do more, if they hadn't been working on top of one another. It wasn't worth the money I was charged. Thanks for wasting my money and time.

Terrible. Said they would do green cleaning when they do not even know what it is. Then backtracked and said they use it just for descaling. My house smelled like chemical so strong I had to open all the windows for days to get the smell out. Quality was terrible. I don't even think they vacuumed, there was still food residue stuck to my countertops, and they missed two out of four trash cans. They did not dust the widowsills. Then when I tried to cancel any future cleans, they said I had to give them 30 days notice or incur a $240 cancellation fee. I specified I wanted to try a single clean before committing to any contracts. When I reached out to them about this they refused to make an exception to the policy and then ghosted me. Avoid them at all costs!

There have been some scheduling issues with the cleaning crew showing up at the wrong time, but management always does finally get the crew there at the originally scheduled time. I appreciate that the maids work steadily and do not chat and get on their cell phones. Even though the crew does some consistent cleaning tasks, they also will do anything specific I may need on a particular visit-for example, washing baseboards and blinds.

They did a fairly good job but never do what Merry Maid advertises they do like baseboards etc. They do very general cleaning and are always done in an hour which if they were doing all the things Merry Maids say they do, it would take at a minimum 2hours or more.

Cleaning days are my favorite 🤩 Love coming home to a clean and organized house. Glenda does a fantastic job. Their team is thorough, efficient, & always arrives with a smile.

There is nothing more satisfying than returning from vacation to a nice clean house. Everything was immaculate from the floors to the ceiling fans. The windows, overlooking the golf course had been cleaned as well. We’re very pleased with the cleanliness of our home. The only slight criticism is that they left the lights on in the living room, the bedroom, and the garage.

The maids are very nice and they try. However, when I asked to have the floors mopped and go over it with a paper towel afterwards and it’s still dirty. I show them the paper towels and they go over it again leaving a thick film of sticky soap. Vacuuming is not done underneath the tables and so for example, they were here the other day and I took my hand and found a jar lid, hair, Dog fur, and bobby pins and so forth under the table. They were here for about an hour and 15 minutes. I had to stop them going out the door and show them what else needed to be done and stand there while each thing was accomplished. The job is just not thorough and it’s not that hard of a job because our place is really small. This will be our last time with this service. Also the soap that they put on all the floors made our eyes run for days afterwards. When I go online, I find out you do actually have green products, but none of that was told to us so we had no idea.

I enjoyed Merry Maids first cleaning. My house smelled fresh and the ladies who came were courteous and helpful. Floors were spotless, furniture was tidied up, house smelled wonderful. We will continue to use Merry Maids. Overall, good cleaning especially for the price and very professional. We are happy thankful customers!

Catherine was the one who cleaned my apartment for me and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m recently disabled and can’t stand up for longer than 10-15 minutes without fainting so cleaning had gone very ignored minus maintaining my cats’ litter box area but Catherine was compassionate and thorough and also very quick!

We used Merry Maids to perform a "move out" clean of our home. The ladies fully cleaned all surfaces and areas as described in out contract and did a very good job. I recommend Merry Maids.

I have considered trying this service for years only to talk myself out of it or allow others to do it for me.

After really looking at how I could take back some of my time and reinvest it into my family which is extremely important l decided to give them an impromptu call.

So on this day I had family coming in from all over the place to visit and attend my daughter HS graduation. Time was pressing, so I turned to them again and let me tell you “THEY TRULY DELIVERED” …..I entered into an agreement and after they finished I asked myself why did I not do this sooner.

The team came the same day I called and they were phenomenal. Incredibly professional and detailed oriented.

They not only saved me time but they lowered the stress for both my wife and I as the time given back allowed us to focus on other tasks.

Thank you to the team who serviced my home as well as the organization.

All I can say is if you’re living a busy lifestyle that’s got a hectic schedule and you’re looking to get back some of your 24 hours that can be used with family or other important events or creating meaningful relationships and memories then I would highly recommend their services.
