From the beginning of the process to the end, Defy Cleaning Solutions was very professional & courteous. Rick examined the areas that we wanted cleaned, then he pointed out the stains & explained the various cleaning solutions he would use to treat them. He then pretreated the stains and started cleaning! We have 3 bedrooms and 2 large throw rugs. The whole process took about two hours. The treated areas were damp and Rick gave us booties to wear on those areas until the carpets were completely dry. Rick was knowledgeable and reasonable. We were very happy with the entire process and the outcome! I will definitely recommend Defy Cleaning Solutions to my friends!

I was recommended Defy Cleaning Solutions through a friend of mine who uses Defy regularly for their commercial space. I had reached out to Defy as I was on the tail end of a construction project of a home I recently purchased. I needed a complete construction clean for the house prior to moving in. Rick, the owner, assessed the scope of work and thoroughly reviewed options; some of which, I did not know I even had. Beyond the latter, he asked what my expectations were as he wanted to ensure he met them. When all was done, Defy exceeded my expectations! Rick and the Defy crew went above and beyond hopes when cleaning the home. Details that I did not think of initially were considered by Defy and their crew. After the cleaning was complete, Rick walked me through the entire house and explained what steps they look in each room and to see if their was any additional work that was needed. He even followed up with me the following day to see if I noticed anything additional. I would highly recommend Defy for any cleaning needs!

I’ve used Defy for multiple jobs! It started because another cleaning company who was suppose to do my grand opening cleaning couldn’t do the job effectively. Defy came in within HOURS of my opening and did everything (5071 so ft)! They saved the day for sure! From there I used them for commercial and residential cleaning; upholstery, flooring, you name it. Hands down the best service.

Excellent commercial cleaning company!
